What should be the steps to give the permission to a new user?

There are cretain steps for giving the permission to a new user, steps are mentioned below:
Step 1: Go to Administration then click on Users option.
Step 2: Select the option of add for creating a new user.
Step 3: Now from there you can give the permission of add modify or delete etc the vouchers or viewing reportsby enabling or disabling the features.
Step 4: Now save the configuration and check fter relogij the company with the new user.

How do I add or remove users and set permissions in BUSY?

To add or remove users and set permissions in BUSY, you can go to the Admin section and navigate to the User Management tab. From there, you can add new users by providing their details and assigning them roles and permissions. To remove users, you can select the user and click on the delete option. To set permissions for users, you can customize their access rights by selecting the appropriate options for each module or feature.

I want to limit the data visibility for certain vendor accounts per user. How can I do this?

To set up item group permissions in BUSY , to control which items are visible to which users.

Step 1: Open company with admin user.
Step 2: Check user restrictions by admin user.
Step 3: Go in administration and select user option.
Step 4: Then click on modify and open user name.
Step 5: Specify rights to modification in account master.

To create new or seprate user in BUSY,follow these steps
Step 1 Open your company by loggig it with super user
Step 2 Go to administartion
Step 3 Go to users and then add
Step 4 Now add user name and password,mention other details like heirachy level and voucher series group for user and then you can enable required rights for user and save the user
Step 5 Now you can follow same steps for adding another user in BUSY

How do I check that a user has invoice printing permissions in BUSY?

To check that a user has invoice printing permissions in BUSY, you need to follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration.
Step 2: Select Users.
Step 3: Click Modify and choose the specific user you want to check.
Step 4: Within the user's modify settings, locate the Allow Printing of Documents option.
Step 5: Set this option to Y to grant printing permissions.
By following these steps, you can confirm and adjust printing permissions for the selected user in BUSY.

Need to hide Price in Challan on screen how to do it?

If you need to hide Price in Challan on screen, you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration, then select Users, then select ModiFinancial Year.
Step 2: then select the user for which you want to hide the price in the challan on screen. After selecting the user master,
Step 3: You will find the option to hide the value of items in vouchers as YES, to hide the price in Challan on screen.

How do I configure branch access for users in BUSY?

If you want to configure Branch access for users in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company with Super / Admin User.
Step 2: Go to Administration tab and click on Users.
Step 3: Here, you can Add new users or Modify the existing users.
Step 4: On User page set Y on "Specify Branch for this User" and select the branch from dropdown list and set other permissions as required and save.

Why cant I see the option to modify a voucher?

If you are not able to see the option to modify a voucher in BUSY Accounting software, it could be because your user do not have the necessary rights . To give rights follow the steps below:
Step 1: Login company with main user
Step 2: Go to admiistration then user
Step 3: Now click on modify and mention user name
Step 4: Go to menu rights option and tick modify option from every voucher and save
