Emails aren't being sent from my sub-user accounts in BUSY. Why?

How do I manage users and security settings in BUSY?
To manage users and security settings in BUSY follow the steps
1 open BUSY company with admin user id
2 go to administration menu and click to users
3 select add to create new user and modify to make changes on it
4 then go to the user rights option mentioned in user and change or restrict accordingly
5 then save the setting and open company with the user to see the effect
Why am I unable to save changes or complete a sale in BUSY? What could be the reasons for this?
There are vary situions in which you will not allowed to save any changes or complete sale in BUSY
First : In Enterprises model of BUSY there's feature of voucher approval, If once voucher has been approved by Authorised user, It can not be Re-save.
Second: Audited voucher can not be modified
Third : In case of User restrictions by Admin user , BUSY not allow to save or complete a sale.
The report names mentioned by you are not visible in my BUSY software. What should I do?
Make sure you are using BUSY latest release and you have rights for report . To check rights follow the steps below:
Step 1: Login company with super user
Step 2: Go to administration then user and select modify
Step 3: Select your user and go to menu rights
Step 4: Below display option tick all the reports you want to see and save
Step 5: Now open company with your user and check report
Why am I not able to modify bills even though I have viewing rights in BUSY?
If users have only viewing rights in BUSY. In this case that user only can view the bills or invoice and he cannot modify the bills. To need modify rights, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Click on administration then users
Step 2 : Click on modify mode and modify user
Step 3 : Go to menu rights go to transactions then select voucher type and click on modify and save.
Where can I find the menu rights option to modify user access and restrict certain features?
To modify user access and restrict certain features in BUSY, you can follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select users option.
Step 2: Click on the modify option to open the specific user profile that needs access and restrictions adjustments.
Step 3: Within the user tab, you can find the menu rights option under the Rights side menu button, where you can adjust user access or restrict features as needed.
I'm unable to access specific features and options in BUSY. How can I enable them?
If you are not able to access some feature that means these features are not available in your current BUSY Model. If you still wants to check the functioning of features. Change BUSY model from Company Tab and check features in demo mode. If features are required to run your Business smooth. Upgrade your model.

Why am i unbale to modify any master and voucher in BUSY?
If you are unable to modify ay master or voucher in BUSY that means you have logged in the company with subuser, having limited rights.
To provide the rights to sub user, follow these steps:
Step 1: Login the company with admin user credentials.
Step 2: Go to amdinistration then click on user option
Step 3: Select the modify option and access the user in modify mode.
Step 4: Provide the necessary rights and save the configuration.
Is it compulsory to set a password for my company in BUSY?
No, it is not compulsary to set a password for BUSY company.
Step 1 : When you create a new company in BUSY it will show user authentication required keep it as N No.
Step 2 : If using existing company then go to administration then users click on modify select super user make user authentication required keep it as N No.
Step 3 : Note in this case no users will be created.
I get an error message stating, "You don't have authority to take a backup of the company." How can I gain backup authority access?
If An error message stating, "You don't have authority to take a backup of the company.If you wants to give right to other users for take backup. Kindly follow the following Steps.
Step 1: Go to Administration Menu and click on users.
Step 2: click on modify user which you wants to give right of backup taking.
Step 3: Click Yes to Allow Data Backup option and save.
