If your password suddenly stops working in the software, you can try resetting your password through the password reset. follow step given below:
Step 1 : Login BUSY with admin user
Step 2 : CLick on administration
Step 3 : Users
Step 4 : CLick on modify
Step 5 : Select desire user for whom you want to reset password
Step 6 : Change password and save

Your user do not have rights to take backup therefore facing issue when taking backup with subuser. to give rights follow the steps bellow:
Step 1: Login company with Superuser 
Step 2: Go to administration then users
Step 3: Select modify and select then sunuser you want to give rights for backup 
Step 4: In allow data backup option mention yes and save 

In BUSY, you can create a sub user to provide access of data with relevant rights for new employee by following steps:
Step 1: Login the company with admin user credentials.
Step 2: Go to administration then click on user option
Step 3: Select the add option then create the sub user and Provide the necessary rights for same.
Step 4: Save the user account.

If you want to enable all the features for all users in a BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu and click on the User option.
Step 2: Select the Modify option and choose the user. After opening the User Modify tab, you can provide rights by ticking in front of the feature from the menu rights.

You can restrict subuser to take a backup of company by following these steps:
Step 1: Open your company with superuser
Step 2: After that go to administration menu then click on users submenu
Step 3: Then open the subuser master from modify or list button
Step 4: Afterwards select allow data backup option as N to disable it after that save the user master

To modify user settings for purchase return, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then users
Step 2 : Click on modfiy mode and select user
Step 3 : Now go to menu rights then transactions then select purchase return and modify the rights want to give by ticking on check box and then click on save button.

When you create a new company, by default a Super User is created. Super User has the right to create other users, grant/deny them rights/access to various modules of BUSY. You can compare the Super User to the Administrator of the company who decides the authority, responsibility, and jobs to be given to all other employees (Other Users in our case).

To ensure that no one else will be able to work in your company from another system in a BUSY below are the steps to follow:-
Step 1: You can create a Unique User ID and password for the company that is only known by you, not others.
Step 2: You can also create a sub-user and restrict the rights of sub-users.

To access the super admin in BUSY, please follow below steps:
Step 1: You need to log in with the main user or super user credentials. 
Step 2: Only the super user has the authority to grant access to various modules and users. Once logged in as a super user, you can check if someone else has used the job ID.
