You can protect your data from deletion by not assigning rights of deletion to your sub user. To disable rights, follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu
Step 2: Click on users
Step 3: Open users in modify mode
Step 4: Untick deletion rights from transaction menu
Step 5: Save the configuration

BUSY allows you to ristrict or provide specific rights at users level, you can ristrict sub users from deletion
Step1: Go to Administration menu, Select Users
Step 2: Open sub user in modify mode
Step 3: InTransaction menu, expand the voucher seelction uncheck the Deletion option voucher wise and save the user configuration

If you want to make changes in confiugration of BUSY then follow the steps.
 Step 1. Open company with super user 
 Step 2. Go to Administration
 Step 3. Then click on Configuration 
 Step 4. Under configuration click on Features and options then enable features according to your need.

To reset super user name and password , follow the steps below:
Step 1: After opening company with super user go to administration
Step 2: Then select user and then modify 
Step 3: Now select the super user and open 
Step 4: In super user change the name and password then save

To resolve an access issue in BUSY, Follow these steps : 
 Step 1: Open the BUSY with main/super user. 
 Step 2: Go to Administration menu. 
 Step 3: Then click on User rights. 
 Step 4: Select the sub user and then Super user can give rights accordingly.

To find specific features or menu option in BUSY then follow the steps.
 Step 1. Click on the Search Menu button located on the right side at the bottom under Shortcut Keys. 
 Step 2. Type the name of the feature or menu you're looking for, according to your needs

You can add user for your company right after creation of company, BUSY shown an option to add authentecation user or you can add user later also. To add user follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration option
Step 2: Select Users, click Add
Step 3: Define username, password and rights

If your user is unable to print invoice , you have to give rights to the user :
Step 1: Login company with main user 
Step 2: Go to admiistration then user
Step 3: Now click on modify and mention user name
Step 4: mention yes in allow printing of documents and save

if you are facing any issue while login process,you need to follow these steps:
 Step 1: Ensure you're attempting to log in to the correct company.
 Step 2: Verify that your login credentials are correctly entered.
 Step 3: Check if the Num Lock is on for entering numbers.
