Can I Change my company User name for login in the company?

Yes, you can change your company User name below are steps to do it-
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu.
Step 2: Then click on User after that Modify option from there you can change your Company user name.

Why am I not able to see the print, email, SMS options after the display screen? Where is the report menu located?

Due to user rights reason you unable to see print/email/sms menu because your user does not have the rights to access menus that are not visible to you which has been provided to you by Super User.

No, it is not possible to make the salary components non-editable when entering vouchers in one series and editable in another series in BUSY.You can set the user permissions to add or modify msters and vouchers .

The add-on options are not highlighted in BUSY. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

If the add-on options are not highlighted in BUSY, it may be because the user is not set to "super" level. To fix this, change the user level to "super" and the add-on options should become available.

What should I do if adding sale invoice option is not showing up in the transactions option?

To change your username for logging in you have to open company with admin ID

Process to create new user in BUSY, you have to follow:
Step 1 : Click on administration
Step 2 : Users

Yes, BUSY allows the creation of multiple users for a single company. The first user of the company will be the admin user with overall permissions, and subsequently, you can create sub users with restricted permissions.
