How to create a new user ID of company and configure it properly?

To create a new user ID in BUSY Accounting software, 
Step 1: Go to admiistration then user
Step 2: Now click on add mention new user name
Step 3: And enable and disable options for rights and restriction

I need help setting up multiple users and access levels in BUSY

If BUSY not showing option to add purchase entry it becuase user dont have rights to add purchase invoice. So, login from admin user to add purchase invoice or give rights to sub user
