Step 1 : CLick on transaction
Step 2 : Choose the type of transaction data you want to export (e.g., sales, purchases).
Step 3 : Open voucher list
Step 4 : Select the Export Data option.

How can I fix the path for my export location using a shortcut?

By default there is shortcut key to open export option that is Alt + E to open export option and exporting Invoice and Reports, export path was always being set as company data folder. Now from BUSY 21 release 7.0 export data path will be remembered for a user and will be shown by default next time.

If the sales voucher amount is not reflected in the GST columns, follow these steps:
Step 1: Check the account tagging in Bill Sundry or in Sale Type. If the different account tags are not reflected in GST.
Step 2: Check the amount or party register or unregister. in the GST report data reflected according to the party.

If you are unable to export data in excel you may follow some steps:
Step: 1 Do check that BUSY and excel install in same drive, if not do install in same drive.
Step: 2 Repair excel online from control panel - program and features.
Step: 3 If still same so format window after taking backup of the company.
