To select and save a PDF invoice exported from BUSY to a specific folder we require to create a new shortcut of BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Right Click on desktop, select New and click on Shortcut option
Step 2: Browse the location where BUSY has been installed and select BUSY exe icon
Step 3: After a space write EFP="Folder path", where you want to eport PDF files from BUSY
Step 4: Finish the shortcut process
Step 5: Use newly created shortcut.

For PDF is not coming proper from BUSY. Pls Follow Below Steps:
Step 1: Is PDF issue is coming in one company or in All companies.
Step 2: If PDF is coming only in BUSY but through Other Application working properly, Then After Data Backup remove & reinstall it BUSY.
Step 3: If PDF issue is coming from Other Application also then remove and reinstall Adobe.
Note : - If after above steps still issue presist then have to contact to Hardware Person.

1 Go to display menu and click on GST reports
2 then click on GST return and select the return file you want
3 specify date range and open it
4 Click on export and select PDF then set the path of export and ok
