Step 1: Open your BUSY software
Step 2: Then click on backup data option
Step 3: Afterwards select that company for which you want to take a backup
Step 4: If you set username and password for that company then it will ask you once
Step 5: Then specify the path for backup and select previous financial year for which you want to take a backup and click on ok button to proceed for the backup
I am unable to find certain options in BUSY after restoring a backup. What could be the reason?

Step 1: Open BUSY software and go to company menu and set data directory submenu
Step 2: Then select path of D drive in data directory option where you want to save data files
Steo 3: After that go to company menu and create company submen. then specify details such as the company name, financial year, company address, Gst details.
Step 4: Now click on save option to create new company

Step 1: Open BUSY and select "Backup Data" option from Company tab.
Step 2: Choose the company that you want to backup.
Step 3: Enter your username and password if required and select the location where you want to save your backup file.
Step 4: Select the financial year that you want to backup, either All F.Y. or Selected F.Y. and click on the OK button to start the backup process.

Step 2 :In the BUSY software, look for the option to backup data.This is usually found in the Company menu often labeled as Restore Data .
Step 3 : In the Restore data window, you have two options
:Option 1: Copy and Paste the Path (Folder Location) If you know the exact path to the folder where your backup files are stored, simply copy the path.
