To take backup of the data from BUSY software follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to company menu and select backup data option.
Step 2: Then select company for which you want to take backup and then mention username and password.
Step 3: Then select path for taking backup of the data.
Step 4: Then click on ok button.
How can I take a backup of data to ensure its safety before processing it in bulk?
To take a backup of data in BUSY, Follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY then click on company menu.
Step 2: Choose the backup data option then select required company
Step 3: Mention the company admin username and password and click on ok tab

What should I do if I accidentally delete a sale or any other transaction in the software?
If you accidentally delete a sale or any other transaction in BUSY, please follow below stepa:
Step1: you can recover it by restoring the backup data. To restore the backup data, go to the Company tab and select the Restore Data option.
Step 2:Choose the backup file and follow the prompts to restore the data.
How do I verify the backup i have taken is successfully taken or not in BUSY?
To verify the backup you have taken in BUSY you can follow this steps:
Step 1: After taking backup if its showing successfully backed up the data it mean its successfully taken
Step 2: If still you are not sure you can restore that backup with overwrite no and you can open that restored company and check

The reason why it is taking so long to take a backup in BUSY could be due to the size of the data being backed up or the speed of the computer.

I can't see some of my company data. How do I restore it?
To restore your company data, you can use the "Restore Data" option in the BUSY, follow the below given steps for restoring data:
Step 1: Click on Company menu and then select Restore Data.
Step 2: Give the backup data path
Step 3: Click on Ok or Press F2
Step 4: A popup will appear to overwrite Select No.
The software is not letting me close company without taking a backup. How do I make backup optional instead of enforced at the time of closing company?
If you want to disable the enforced option of backup at the time of closing the company, follow these steps.
Step 1. Go to Administration, then click on Configuration, and select Backup Configuration.
Step 2. Press 'N' to turn off the 'Enforce Backup at the time of closing the company' option, and then save.
