When you take backup from BUSY, it will store it in your system drive, so you can retain the backup files as long as you want. However, if you take backup from the BUSY Agent application, you can only retain the backup files for up to 99 days.

For Backup,We can take company wise backup. Pls Follow the Below Steps :
 Step 1: Company Menu
 Step 2: Backup Data
 Step 3: Select the company for data backup
 Step 4: Mention the User and Password 
 Step 5: Select Financial Year and specify the backup folder path.

We can take backup and restore the same from company menu.
For Backup follow the below step
Step 1:- Go to Company menu
Step 2:- Backup data
Step 3:- Select company
Step 4:- Mention user name and password of company
Step 5:- Sepecify path for backup
Step 6:- Select financial year for backup(Single or All).

To take backup, we have to go to :
Step 1 : Company menu
Step 2 : Backup data
Step 3 : Select company
Step 4 : Define super user name and password
Step 5 : Select folder where we want to take backup
Step 6 : Select all fin year and take backup.

To restore the data backup in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY then click on company menu.
Step 2: Select the restore data option then specify the backup path for restoration.
Step 3: Click on ok tab then select yes for data restoration and select No for overwrite.

First take backup of company from backup data option in company menu. Then compress the large files before emailing by using file compression software or tools such as WinZip, 7-Zip, or WinRAR. These tools can reduce the file size and make it easier to send via email.

Steps to take backup from BUSY.
 Step 1: Go to company menu and select backup data option.
 Step 2: In next window select path for backup and make sure to select all F.Y.
 Step 3: Then Click on ok button to start the process of backup.

Steps Follow to take back up:
1. Go to company Menu and select back up 
2. Select Company and enter User Name and password.
3. Select path where you want to take back up.
4. Click Yes when ask to overwrite it then back up will create on selected path.

You can check if your backups were successful by verifying the backup files on selected path where backup is saved and ensuring that all the necessary data is present. You can also check the backup logs for any errors if you are taking backup through BUSY agent.
