BUSY data backup is very large, almost 7GB , so first of all that is not backup size this is the original data and while you take backup that backup automatically generated in RAR file from BUSY. there is no need to optimize data size separately.

In BUSY, there is no limit for storing transaction records. however, the maximum file size of an Access database is 2GB, and a MySQL database does not have any limit. You can easily recover very old data if you have a backup of the data.
