If you copy some files/data to another location to access data in BUSY and it seems stuck, you can try restarting your and then attempt the copy process again. If the issue persists, you may need to contact to IT Person to ustuck data from drive

A virus attacked on system and corrupted some data so restore last working backup in head office for that follow these steps
1. open BUSY in administration mode
2. click on restore backup and select backup path where you have backup 
3. then proceed to restore backup 

BUSY data backup is very large, almost 7GB , so first of all that is not backup size this is the original data and while you take backup that backup automatically generated in RAR file from BUSY. there is no need to optimize data size separately.

To restore a backup in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY then go to backup data option.
Step 2: Select the backup folder path in which your backup files are stored.
Step 3: Press ok to start the restoring process and check after complete.

To recover your data backup in BUSY you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your BUSY
Step 2: Then click on restore data menu option
Step 3: Then specify the path of your data backup file 
Step 4: Then you can proceed for restoration of your data 

If you want to change your data location then you need to copy your data folder and paste in the location where you want. Then in BUSY go to Set Data Directory and set the new data path then save.
This will work for access database only.

getting old data and not recent entries when open company file, for show correct data you need to restore current data or data path in BUSY from data restore option you can restore current backup and from data directory you can set original data path.

In BUSY, there is no limit for storing transaction records. however, the maximum file size of an Access database is 2GB, and a MySQL database does not have any limit. You can easily recover very old data if you have a backup of the data.

To find your actual data of BUSY in your system, Please follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and go to company menu
Step 2: Then click on set data directory option
Step 3: Note the specified data path from BUSY and check the same in your system.
