Yes, you can transfer data between computers without losing any work in BUSY Accounting software by taking a backup of your data and restoring it on the new computer. You can also use backup on google drive option and restore directly on another system.

When you take backup in BUSY from the Backup Data option then you need to select the company, So you can select the company which you want to be backed up either it is old or current data and keep them in seperate folders.

If you revert back to the old configuration, then you need to restore the backup.
Follow the steps to restore the data.
Step 1: Go to the company menu.
Step 2: Select the option to restore data.
Step 3: Select the backup patch.
Step 4 Click on OK.

If your invoice bill got corrupted after generation, you can try to recover it by restoring from a backup if you have one. If you don't have a backup, you may need to regenerate the invoice bill by entering the necessary information again.

When you have taken backup from BUSY, then you can not identify from the backup files if today's entries are included or not. However if you have taken backup after posting all the entries then they will be included in the backup files.

To view the data stored in BUSY, you can access it through the data path by set the data directory in the company tab. Alternatively, if you have a backup file stored in the drive, you can restore the data in BUSY Software.

If your data Is corrupted you can restore your backup, to restore data follow the steps below :
Step 1: Go to restore data from company menu 
Step 2: Select data path in which backup is present 
Step 3: Click on ok then restore

To find the backup file from a specific date, you need to locate the folder where the backup files are saved. Look for the backup folder on your computer and check the date of the backup file to find the one you need.

To avoid data loss, it is recommended to run backups regularly. The frequency of backups depends on the volume and importance of your data. It is generally advised to run backups daily or at least weekly to ensure that your data is protected.

If you want To restore data in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY.
Step 2: Click on 'Restore Data.'
Step 3: Select the path of the data where you have the backup.
Step 4: Data will be restored only in ZIP file format.
