If you reinstall the BUSY application then backup configuration is set in the company so if you restore your company data then backup configuration also restored.
 Furthermore if you reinstall the BUSY Agent application then you need to configure again as configured previously.

To restore the backup files in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to company menu then select restore data option.
Step 2: Then specify the path for backup and click on ok button.
Step 3: If asked for overwrite option then mention no in it.

For taking backup from BUSY, see the below step
Step 1 Open Company Menu
Step 2 Select the option Backup Data
Step 3 Select the Company and pur User name and Passwrd
Step 4 Specify the data path 
Step 4 select All F.y and click on ok

First check where is your BUSY data stored in the comp000x form then open BUSY and go in set data directory and mention data path where comp folder store for exmaple if your data store D:\BUSYWin\DATA\COMP001 you should mention path D:\BUSYWin\DATA 

If your data was lost after folder scanned or repaired, you can restore data from backup files, please follow below steps to restored the data: 
Step 1:- Go to company menu
Step 2:- Restore data
Step 3:- Mention path for restoration
Step 4:- Click ok

If the data directories differ between the server and client, data synchronization will not occur. Synchronization requires matching data directories to ensure proper functioning on the client side. Matching directories enhance security, ensuring data consistency, and enable backup processes on the server.

To restore the backup in BUSY follow the steps 
1 open BUSY and click on restore backup 
2 click on the folder option and specify the data backup folder path and press Ok 
3 wait untill the backup restore then press ok

To recover the data if your laptop is damaged, you can download the backup from the Google Drive if you had configured BUSY Agent to take backup on Google Drive.
 You can also repair your laptop hardisk from the data recovery person.

To find the backup folder path in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select configuration option. 
Step 2: In configuration menu select backup configuration option.
Step 3: Now in backup configuration window you can specify the data backup path.

To recover the data if your laptop is crashed, you can download the backup from the Google Drive if you had configured BUSY Agent to take backup on Google Drive.
 You can also repair your laptop hardisk from the data recovery person.
