To restore company data using cloud backup after a hard drive crash, you can access your data on Google Drive from another device or computer. Simply log in to your Google Drive account and retrieve your backed-up data.

How to differentiate between personal and company data while restoring? 

We can't differenciate the personal and company data , to restore the data please follow below steps:
Step 1:- Go to company menu
Step 2:- Restore data
Step 3:- Mention path for Restore .
Step 4:- Click ok and start the process.

How to fix BUSY's backup issue in BUSY? 

When issue is coming for not able to do backup from BUSY.
 Pls Follow the Below Steps :
 Step 1: Change the backup location if still issue presists 
 Step 2: Give everyone rights to the backup folder.

How should I back up the company data before carrying forward ITC to next month or year in BUSY? 

To backup the company go to:
 Step 1 : Company menu
 Step 2 : Backup data
 Step 3 : Select company define admin user password
 Step 4 : Select financial year and backup path and take backup

BUSY is showing the backup completed successfully but I don't see the backup file. What could be wrong? 

To backup file you need to check your bakup folder in which you take backup.If you take backup from BUSY agent then you can open it and check backup path location and check same location in system.

What kind of backups should I take before making major changes in BUSY? 

We Always recommend backup before any changes in BUSY.

I can't find my previous backups, how do I restore them? 

Search the backup in your all system drive or pendrive. TO restore backup follow :
Step 1 : Go to company menu
Step 2 : CLick on restore data
Step 3 : Select backup folder
Step 4 : Restore the backup

How can I restore vouchers from backup if wrongly deleted?

Step 1: Go to restore data in company menu
Step 2: Now select the desktop path of data
Step 3: Now press ok to restore
