For Restore data you have two backup file Data and Disk1 file For restore data open BUSY and go in restore data and mention restore data path and if show overwrite option click no and restore

I need help entering my username and password to access a backup file. Can you assist? 

While taking backup user name and password ask you need to mention company user name and password then proceed for backup.
If it is not allowing for backup you can copy your data from data directory.

When facing antivirus/firewall blocks during backup operations in BUSY, it is recommended to exclude BUSY from the antivirus and firewall settings. This will allow BUSY to access the internet and perform the backup without any issues.

I am unable to access my data due to system crash/shutdown. What should I do? 

If system crash/shutdown then restart system and start software check . If still not able to check data restore data from data backup if still not able to check data. Contact to BUSY Support System
