You will need to reinstall all the software and restore your data from a backup. It is recommended to keep regular backups to avoid data loss in case of a computer crash.

Why am I unable to see the backup and restore options in BUSY?

The backup and restore option shows when we open the BUSY.
Pls follow the below steps.
Step 1: Click on Company menu
Step 2: Then Backup Data
Step 3: Then Restore Data

Why is it compulsory to take a backup in BUSY?

It is compulsory to take a backup in BUSY to ensure the safety of data. And if data lost for any reasons in this case you can use the latest backup files.

Is the backup kept in Personal BUSY company?

To kept personal BUSY Company backup , please follow below steps:
Step 1:- Go to company menu
Step 2:- backup data
Step 3:- Mention path for backup .
Step 4:- Click ok and start the process.

Is the backup of my data taken successfully?

To check that the backup of BUSY data is taken successfully, you can check the defined folder for backup. You will get two file for BUSY backup of name data.bkp and disk1

I want to reformat my system. Will I lose BUSY data?

If you reformat your system, you may lose your BUSY data. It is recommended to take a backup of your BUSY data before reformatting your system to avoid any data loss.

Where are the backups stored in your system? Are they secure?

BUSY stores your backup data in the folder that you specify during backup. Further data is stored in your system drives, so their security depends on your system and antivirus applications.

What kind of backups does BUSY create before making bulk adjustments?

Before making bulk adjustments you can take manual backup by going to Backup Data option or if you configured BUSY Agent then it will take automatica backup on the scheduled time.

What are the backup options available in BUSY?
