Why am I unable to see a specific company in the company list?
There could be several reasons why a specific company is not visible in the company list in BUSY these are given below:-
Step 1: It could be due to data corruption, incorrect data location, or the company is already being opened and you have only a single-user license.

Why am I not able to login company after enabling some enterprise features in BUSY Accounting Software?
If some enterprise feature is enabled in a company then you cannot open the same company in basic or standard model.
To change the model type in BUSY Accounting Software, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY Accounting Software and click on Company tab.
Step 2: Click on Select BUSY Model.
Step 3: Select edition and user type and then save the changes.
Step 4: Restart BUSY Accounting Software.
Is there a way to ensure that the BUSY remember my data directory after I update it?
To make sure that the software remembers your data directory after updating it,
follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY then from the "Set data directory" option, define the
data path.
Step 2: Untick the option "Above information is valid for the current session only".
Step 3: By doing so, the software will remember the specified path unless you
manually update it again.
I have given the data path in the data directory option but still showing no company found.Why?
If you are not able to view the any company after giving the correct data path in set data directory option then check the below steps.
Step 1: Make sure that you have selected the path till data folder name.
Step 2: In the data folder ensure that the company code name should be correct.for example it should be comp0001,comp0002 etc.
What should I do if my company file disappears in list company?
If company is not showing in list then you can make sure some followings below:
1. Make sure data directory is correct or you set it again.
2. Company folder should exist in data location if not then you can restore your data
3. You can restart your system.
4. If issue persist then replace dp file from existing backup of your data.
I am trying to view company information but it is not showing. How can I fix this?

To login BUSY company, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY then click on company menu.
Step 2: Choose the open company option then select the company.
Step 3: Mention the login credentials then open the company.
BUSY does not have any issues at login after taking backup. Further, if you are facing such issue then cross the login credentials.
