How can I recover or repair corrupted data in BUSY?

In case of data corruption, you can restore your data from a manual or automatic backup, if you have taken one. If you do not have a backup, you can contact your authorized channel partner or reach us on our 24X7 helpline number: 8282828282 or 011 40964096. You can also email us your query at support@busy.in. You will need to send us your data for repair. (Please note that data repair is a chargeable process).

My account seems to be corrupted. How can I restore or repair my company file if it is damaged?

If your company file or account is corrupted, then you have to follow below steps: 
1. If you have a recent backup, you can restore it to recover your data.
2. You don't have a backup or the backup is also corrupted, it may not be possible to repair the file. In such cases you can contact to BUSY support helpline number and share your data for repairing by the technical team.

How to take backups after laptop damage?

If you laptop has damaged then you cannot the access the data files, so that you remove the Hardisk from old laptop if it is fine then connect it with some other laptop and trying to access the data file.
Once you got the data files you can restore it in BUSY on new laptop. You can also concern with any data recovery person to recover the data from the damaged laptop.

Why am I unable to see some vouchers or entries in my company file?

If you're experiencing corrupted text and formatting in your documents, follow these steps:
1.Show the issue to the support team using AnyDesk. Share your AnyDesk or remote desk ID for them to check.
2.If the problem is related to BUSY software, share the data with support@busy.in. Keep in mind that there might be a charge for this service.
3.If the issue is unrelated to BUSY, contact your IT person for assistance.

I am getting an error when generating financial reports. How can I troubleshoot errors in report generation?
