If you want to remove a voucher completely if created it with wrong details in BUSY, then you can cancel it by pressing ALT+X after opening the voucher.

To avoid future changes in the data, you can freez your data by using these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration tab.
Step 2: Select Utilities and click on Data Freezing.
Step 3: Select either Full or Partial and enter the freezing date then save.
How do I permanently delete a voucher entry in BUSY?
To permanently delete a voucher entry in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to transaction section then select the required voucher type like sales, purchase etc.
Step 2: Click on modify tab then select the required voucher.
Step 3: Now, press F8 shortcut key to delete the entry.
Why am I unable to edit or delete a particular transaction in BUSY? How can I resolve this?

1. User permissions: If you are logged in with the sub user in the company and you do not have rights to delete vouchers in that case you will not be able to delete vouchers.
