The password I had set earlier for BUSY login is not working anymore. How can I reset or recover it?

If you are unable to login your company in BUSY or if its showing invalid password its means you are entering a wrong password or you forgot the password, so you cannot reset your password by your own self due to your license security, you can sent your data at our mail id support@busy.in with your all relevent details then we will provide you user modification form you will have to fill it with your all details and send then we will reset your password at our end then revert you back through email.

I entered my company password in BUSY, but it's not working. What is the correct password I should use?

If you have entered the company password but not able to login the company then check that the user name and password has entered is correct or not. If you forget the company login password then have to share data to customer support through we transfer.
Pls Follow the Below Steps for Company Password Reset :
Step 1: Share the Company data with us in winrar form through support email id- support@busy.in
Step 2: Attach the letter head Also
Step 3: After Company password reset,we will send to you on email.

While open BUSY company data in SQl mode showing error SQL server doesnot exist

Make sure the sql server installed on Mixed mode with password .if not then connect Microsoft sql server management studio on windows authontication mode and then select the server name right mouse click on the server name and then click on propreties then select securities and then slelect sql server and windows authantication mode then select security under server name under security select login then under login select SA right mouse click on SA and then mention passoword . mention that password in BUSY set server information option avaliable under Company

How do I reset my password if I forget it?

If you forgot your company's password you can follow these steps to reset it:
Step 1: If you want to reset Sub-user password then first login your company with super user(Admin user) and go to Administration tab and click on users.
Step 2: Click on modify and select the user of which you want to reset password and can change it and save.
Step 3: If you want to reset Super user (Admin user) password then you need to send your data to us on support@busy.in along with company's letterhead and BUSY Serial No.

Step1 : You need to take backup of that company data
Step 2 :Then send that data on our support mail Support@busy.in with your company letter head
Step 3 : Then we will reset your company password and resend data to you

If I forgot company super user name and password how can I Reset username and password?

For Reset password of company follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open buusy then go to company menu
Step 2: In company menu go to backup data and select company of which you want to reset password
Step 3: Mention user name and password and specify backup path where you want to take backup
Step 4: Send this backup data on support@busy.in mail id with some detail like serial number,mobile number,contact person name
Step 5: Our concern team will verify your detail and reset password and send details to your mail id.

What should I do if I can't log into BUSY data from Super / Admin user?

If you unable to login your BUSY Data from admin usernam & password and want to reset that, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Create a backup of your company data
Step 2: Email your backup files to us at "support@busy.in"
Step 3: Attach a password reset request on your company’s letterhead with your BUSY Serial No., Contact Name, and Contact No. This will help us to verify your identity and process your request faster.
Step 4: We will send your data back after reset password As soon as possible.

Can you help me if my company's user name and password are showing incorrect?

If your company's username and password are showing incorrect then you need to check these steps:
Step 1: Recheck the username and password and make sure you are entering the correct login credentials.
Step 2: If unable to login from sub user then open your company with super user and update the username and password of sub user.
Step 3: If you forgot the super username and password then you need to send your data on support@busy.in along with a company letterhead from your registered email id for password resetting.

What should I do if I cannot log in to the BUSY admin account?

If you unable to login into BUSY data from admin usernam & password and want to reset it, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Create a backup of your company data

I am not able to login, how do I reset password?

If You want to reset your Company password in BUSY:
1.If you Forgot Your Password of Sub-User.
2.Login With Admin User & Change Passowrd of your Sub User.
3.If You Forgot Your Superuser/Admin Passowrd.
4.Take Backup of Your data & mail us on Support@busy.in With Data attachment.
5.Write Your Requirement on Company Letter Head & Attach it With mail.
