How can I ensure my password works every time?

 To ensure your password works every time in BUSY below are the steps to follow:-
Step 1: You should verify that you are entering the correct password.
Step 2: Open the control panel select Region click on Administrative then change the system locale option and make sure "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for world wise language support" should be unticked if it's ticked so untick the same and restart the system.
Step 3: If mentioning the correct password but still show an Invalid password It might be possible that you forgot the password so to retrieve the admin password you have to send your data to us at support@busy.in and we will retrieve your password and send data on mail within 48 hours.

What should I do if I have filled in the correct password but still face issues?

 If You have mentioned the correct password but are still unable to log in so below are the possibilities:-

How to reset the company login credentials?

 If you are aware of your login credentials and want to reset or change the username and password, follow these steps:
Step 1: Login your Company.
Step 2: Go to administration and click on the user option.
Step 3: Now, Click on the modify tab and select the user master.
Step 4: Finally, change the username and password accordingly and save the master.
If you forget your login credentials, you must share your data backup via email to support@busy.in. The email should be sent from your registered mail ID for verification and assistance. After the password recovery process, you will receive the data on your registered email ID.

Why is my password being shown as incorrect?

 The password showing wrong due to multiple reason you have to follow these steps for checking this:
step 1: Make sure you have entered correct password
step 2: Make sure number lock has been on if in password any numeric key
step 3: Check your system regional setting make sure you have taken English united kingdom or english united states
step 4: Chek date and time and make sure in time zone take chennai,kolkata,mumbai and new delhi
step 5: If still show wrong password you have to send data on our mail id support@busy.in with your license detail
step 6: Our concern team will reset your password and send data to you.

I already have a company user ID but am unable to log in company. What should I do?

 Step1: Ask if the company is data running on other system BUSY, and now running on this system
Step2: Go to control panel setting, find region options
Step3: Select the format united kingdom
Step4: Administrative language select united states
Step5: Save the setting and restart the system
Step6: still no login in company, if user id password forgot
Step7: told party send company data by mail to us on support@busy.in

I am unable to login to BUSY. It says invalid username or password. What should I do?

 If you unable to login your company show invalid login credentials, you can follow these steps to reset them:

follow the steps below to correct it:
Step 1: Ensure that the password you are entering is correct.
Step 2: Open the Control Panel and then navigate to the "Region" settings.
Click on the "Administrative" tab and select the "Change system locale" option.
Step 3: Untick the "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support" option and restart
the system.
Step 4: If the issue persists then you have to share data with us at support@busy.in then we will
send your data after resetting the password on your mail within 48 hours.
