What should I do if I'm unable to log in and need to reset my password in BUSY?
In BUSY we have 2 password option,First one is 'Softlock registration password' and other one is 'company login password' Please follow the setps for softlock registration password
Step1: Click on Company Info
Step2: Click on License Management option
Step3: Click on Get Softlock License File option
Step4: Mention BUSY Serial No. and Registered Email-ID
Step5: After that click on Forget password option
Step6: As after that password will be mailed on your registered mail id and can use that password.
For Company Password reset
Please follow the given steps for the same
Step1: We will take company backup in a specific folder and convert that into RAR file
Step2: Ask to mail the company to us through we tranfer on the Support@busy.in(Support Mail)and CC the executive.
Step3: Password will be reset from the company end will revert you with the data.
I changed the password multiple times but still cannot log in. What could be wrong?
If you are facing issue of wrong password while log in to the company and you are trying with the correct password then please check the steps below :
1. Go to Control Panel.
2. Go to Regioanl Settings
3. Set Date format as DDMMYYYY with English United Kingdom
4. Click on Aadministrative Tab
5. Click on Change System Locale
6. Untick the option Beta Unicode UTF.
7. Now restart the system and check again.
If you will still get the same issue then :
A. You can check the same data in any other system
B. Or you can share the data to us at support@busy.in for Password resetting.
I am unable to login to BUSY. It says invalid username or password even though I am entering it correctly. What should I do?
If you are facing issue of wrong password while log in to the company and you are trying with the correct password then please check the steps below :

How can find data location?
To find the data location ,you should follow below
Step 1: Click right on BUSY icon and check the location.
Step 2: Then go in that particular drive in your system.
Step 3: Then under it select the folder of BUSYwin.
Step 4: Then click on data folder.
Step 5: As you will find some folder Like,e.g COMP0001
Step 6: If not found then also you can check through, Open your BUSY.
Step 7: Then select the open of set directory.
Step 8: A data directory will be define there,e.g C:\BUSYWin\DATA
Step 9: Can check that given folder.
