and remove the particular Financial years db files and if you have any old backup
for the company then copy the same db file from there and paste in the data

RTE-3354 while opening account ledger to resolved this issue you need to re-save voucher again for that follow these steps
1. go to the query system option under display menu
2. then open query on transaction
3. selected voucher (multiple options)
4. then select query accounting vouchers
5. then select all voucher type
6. then select filter on particular account which have showing error
7. select date range and open report
8. there you can find voucher which is have issue correct those vouchers and re-save it.
How to solve the RTE 3008 the table master is already open exclusively by another user or it is already open through the user interface & cannot be manipulated program at the time of saving voucher.
If you are facing RTE 3008 with remark of the table configured is already opened if you and another user is not manipulated at the time of saving the voucher, follow these steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Go to housekeeping menu and select the reindex database option.

If showing some exclusive operation is being run in this company please login after some time at the time of opening a company in BUSY. Then you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the COMP folder and delete the locks.sys file.
Step 2: If unable to delete this file then open the task manager and check if any instance of BUSY is being running, if yes then end task.
Step 3: If BUSY is not running in background then restart your system and check.
I am getting an error "Could not update account balance. Junk character found at position X in name of Y." What does this mean and how can I fix it?
To troubleshoot the issue of junk character in BUSY you need to follow the steps
1 Take a backup of the particular company fisrt then
2 open the particular company in BUSY and go to house keeping menu
3 click on check junk characters and select you can proceed as I have the latest backup and ok
4 then select master and Ok
5 Remove the junks from the the master by enable remove junk
then close the company and reindex data

below:
Step 1: Firstly, take a backup of your data from the backup data option under the company
menu.
Step 2: Next, run a reindex of the databases for that particular company.
Step 3: If the issue still persists, we recommend sharing your data with us so that we can
further troubleshoot the problem. We will inform you whether the recovery will be free or

How can I resolve the RTE 91 error while taking backup of data in sql database?
To resolve the run time error 91 while taking backup of data in sql database, follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest copy of data after stopped sql services.
Step 2: Go to company tab and click on reindex data base.
Step 3: Select Company and click on you can proceed as i have a latest backup and let the process complete.
