Please provide error code or error message which is showing while generating invoice.Further you can try these steps to resolve error.
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Go to houskeeping menu and then select reindex database option.
Step 3: Then run the reindex process and after completion of the process try reopening it.

There could be various reasons why you are getting an error while saving items master in BUSY. Some common reasons are:
1. Data is not entered in a proper format.
2. Required fields are left blank.
3. The item code is already assigned to another item.
4. The item name is too long.
5. The Item is not properly saved.

To resolve the Permission Denied error, check the following permissions:
1. Ensure that the system is logged in with an admin user and has full rights to access the folder.
2. Ensure no firewall or antivirus is blocking BUSY.
3. Set the compatibility of the system.
4. If the issue still persists, contact our customer support for further assistance.

To resolve RTE 430 while open BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Then open control panel from window search option and then uninstall the product, statutory release setups which you updated.
Step 3: Then reinstall the product and statutory release setups in the same drive where BUSY is installed.
