If you are facing RTE 5 when try to delete a voucher in BUSY, then you need to run Reindex Databases process under Housekeeping menu and then check. If same issue persists then check Junk Characters and Incomplete Vouchers from Housekeeping menu and clear them.
Note: Take backup of your data before running these process.

Step 3: Then wait to complete the process of reindex and try again by regenerating report.

RTE-3043 disk network error mostly showing While opening the company or while entering sale voucher to fix this error follow these steps
1. take backup of company 
2. go to the re-index data 
3. then check your Hard disk if it is full then you need to make some space other wise error continuously showing.

If showing RTE 13 type missmatch while opening BUSY then follow the steps 
to resolve 
1 Go to control panel from windows search option and click on regional setting 
2 Click on administrative and click to change system locale 
3 select region United states english and press ok
4 Restart the computer and reopen BUSY

When error code 5 is showing while saving the voucher in the company.
 Pls follow the below steps.
 Step 1: Take the backup data of your company.
 Step 2: Then do the reindex database process from the housekeeping menu.
 Step 3: If still issue presists, then check the incomplete voucher from housekeeping menu.

To resolve the RTE 3346 query fields and destination fields are not the same while opening the invoice follow below steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Go to housekeeping menu then select reindex database if still same problem then run rewrite books.
Step 3: Then again check by opening invoice.

If facing RTE 457 while syncing data between head office and branch office then you need to check these steps:
Step 1: Check your system regional settings and correct them if wrong.
Step 2: Check Data sync explorer and clear that and then check.
Step 3: Ensure that the antivirus is not blocking the BUSY application.

To take a screenshot of the error in BUSY, you can use the built-in screenshot functionality on your computer or use a third-party screenshot tool. Once you have captured the screenshot, you can share it with BUSY support by attaching the screenshot file to an email or uploading it to their support portal.

If the error shows 3034, you need to check the below reasons:
Step 1: Take the latest data backup and re-index the database.
Step 2: If the problem persists, send the data to the RND team for repair.
Step 3: If data is not recoverable, then you have to restore previous data backups before the error.
