How do I allocate amounts to cost centers in transactions?

Firstly we have to create cost centre and then we can tagg it while doing transaction.
Step 1:- Go to Adminstation
Step 2:- Configurations
Step 3:- Feature and options
Step 4:- Accounts
Step 5:- Enable Cost centre
Step 6:- Now again go to Administration
Step 7:- Master
Step 8:- Cost centre
Step 9:- Add
Step 10:- Enable cost centre option from party master.
Step 11:- Now add sales voucher with that party master.
Step 12:- While saving voucher a pop up window will appear, Then we can select our location wise cost centre in it.

How to manage bank transactions in BUSY?

We can do bank Transaction in BUSY through Accounting and Inventory Voucher. Also Can use Bank Reconciliation Feature.
Bank Reconcilation is used to reconcile the bank records with transaction which maintain in BUSY.

How do I configure BUSY for multi-currency transactions?

To configure the multi currency transaction in BUSY, follow these steps:
1. Enable the multi currency feature.
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration menu
Step 2: Choose features and option and select account tab
Step 3: Enable multi currency feature and save the configuration

I want to reconcile my purchase invoices in the software. What steps should I follow?

To reconcile your purchase invoices in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration Menu
Step 2: Configuration and then click on features/options
Step 3: Click Accounts Tab then click on ledger reconciliation feature and save it
Step 4: Open purchase ledger through pressing Alt+L or you can open through account book from display menu
Step 5: While open purchase ledger enable reconciliation and then open
Step 6: You can reconcile your purchase invoice or entry through pressing F4.

Where is the setting in BUSY to turn off the bill-by-bill adjustment window?

To turn off the bill by bill adjustment window, you can disable the bill by bill feature from the Account tab. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and select the Configuration tab.
Step 2: Click on Features/Options and choose the Account tab.
Step 3: Disable the Bill by Bill feature.
Additionally, if you want to enable the automatic creation of party references in sales and purchase vouchers without opening the bill by bill adjustment window, you can configure this setting within the bill by bill feature.

I'm confused about how the Dalali amount is calculated. Can you explain?

For calculate commission value Follow these steps:
1. Go in Administration then go in configuration
2. Then go in Features/option then go in accounts tab
3. Enable Salesman/Broker wise Reporting and select type either voucher level or item level
4. Then save configuration Then go i administration
5. Then go in master then go in salesman and create salesman
6. Tag salesman account in party master
7. Pass sale or purchase voucher and specify salesman account
8. Then go in Display and check commission calculation Report

When making a payment, why do I need to create or adjust a reference and how do I do that?

When making a payment in BUSY Accounting software, creating or adjusting a reference is necessary to show which bill or invoice the payment is being made against. This helps in keeping track of payments and outstanding bills.
