Want to know how can track entry staus either pending , partially paid and fully paid for sale and pur entry.

Told party you need to use bill by bill option from admin - config - feature- account- bill by bill ref and then enable from party master and then create new ref while transaction entry in sale and purchase and adjust while payment and receipt in payment and receipt voucher and can check report by bill by bill ref report .

I created and saved a new reference but it's still not showing up. What should I do now?

If you created new bill by bill refrence in sale or purchase voucher but still refrence is not showing in outstanding bill receivable or bill payable report you may check following things:
1: Open then voucher in modify mode and do check bill by bill refrence window.
2: Check by changing bill by bill refrence number then resave voucher and check in report.

My account balance is not reducing when I return a purchase in BUSY why?

If a purchase return not affect the account ledger balance in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Features / Options and click on Accounts Tab.
Step 3: Tick the option called Posting in Accounts Through Sales Return & Purchase Return and save changes.
Step 4: Resave that purchase return voucher and check.

How can i view my commission calculation report in BUSY?

If you want to view commission calculation report in BUSY please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu then click on commission calculation submenu
Step 2: You can view the commission calculation report for voucher such as sale and purchase etc
Step 3: Select calculation as one or all salesmam
Step 4: Specify the date and other required options and generate the report

Where is the Salesman Procurement Reporting option located in BUSY?

To check salesman reporting option then follow the steps given below :
Step 1: Make sure to enable salesman option from accounts feature under feature and option
Step 2: Then go to Display menu
Step 3: Then click on Outstanding analysis report option
Step 4: Then Click on salesman wise receivable and payable option as per your requirement and check the same

How to track project progress in BUSY?

For tracking of project use Cost Centre feature in BUSY with this feature you are able to allocate budget and expenses to the respective cost centre and track them through reporting.
Please follow below mention steps for enable Cost Centre:-
Step 1:- Administration Tab,
Step 2:- Configration,
Step 3:- Feature / Option,
Step 4:- Accounts

Can I mention the brokerage in percentage or amount?

Yes, you can mention the brokerage in percentage or amount in BUSY Accounting software. Follow the steps below :
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu then click on Configuration option
Step 2: Now select Feature/options and click on Accounts tab
Step 3: Enable salesman/commission wise reporting and define caption
Step 4: Enable commission in voucher type and mention commission type in configuration

Why is cash/bank account appearing at the top in my payment voucher even i don't want it there? I want debit and credit option in my payment voucher

Due to single entry mode for payment/receipt feature the cash/bank account appears at the top of the payment voucher. Please follow the steps below to remove/disable it:
1: Go to Administration menu
2: Click on configuration
3: Press enter on features/option
4: Press Account tab and disable single entry mode for payment/receipt voucher and save it.
Make sure you have a latest backup of Data.

How can i put restriction to create reference of voucher for partial amount in BUSY?

To made restriction for creating reference of voucher for patial amount in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration and choose features and option.
Step 2: Select account tab then click on configure tab of bill by bill feature and then tick on enforce full amount allocation to references.
Step 3: After made configuration, save it.

What is the process for enabling the bank instrument detail option in BUSY

To enable the bank instrument detail option in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
1. Open BUSY.
2. Go to the Administration and then Configuration and then Featuer / Option Menu.
3. Select Account Tab from the options.
4. Enable Intrument Detail from Banking Options.
5. Save the changes.
Once you have completed these steps, the bank instrument detail option will be enabled for Accounting Vouchers.
