issue in cost centre kindly explain it process of cost center ?

 issue in cost centre to maintain it follow these steps 
1. go to the configuration under administration menu
2. then open features and options then click on account tab
3. there you can find cost center enable it
4. also there is other configuratio related cost centre like carry closing balance to the next year (revenue and non-revenue ), affect cost centres in non-accounting, ensure complete amount adjustment and maintain account wise opening balance
5. enable relevant options as per require and save the configuration
6. after you can add new cost centre master
7. and mentioned account wise opening balance.
8. then modiFinancial Year item and allow cost cenre option and save it.
9. after that while you entered any accounting transaction related to expense or payment there you can mentioned cost center amount with diffrent account wise.
10. you can get cost centre reports from display menu like cost centre tral, ledger and summaries etc.

How to enable multi currency feature in BUSY?

 To enable multi currency feature in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu then click on the Configuration Submenu
Step 2: Then select Features and Options and then click on the accounts tab
Step 3: Now tick the check box option of multi currency and then select save to save changes.
Step 4: After that go to Administration menu and then submenu master and select account option
Step 5: Then click on modify and select account in which you want to enable multi currency feature
Step 6: Now select multy currency option as Y and select save option to save the changes
Step 7: Then go to transaction menu and select voucher type such as sale, purchase
Step 8: After that choose the add option and provide the necessary details, including series, date, and party. After entering party name a window will appear allowing you to specify currency and then select save option to save invoice.

What is the process to make a bill in dollars?

 If you want to make a bill in dollars you need to follow given steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then click on configuration sub menu
Step 2: Now select features and options tab and click on accounts tab
Step 3: Afterwards enable the multi currency features and save the changes
Step 4: Now click on administration menu again then click on masters sub menu
Step 5: Then click on accounts and open the account master from modify or list for which you want to use multi currency feature
Step 6: Enable multi currency feature in party and save the master
Step 7: Afterwards go to transactions menu and create a voucher such as sale,purchase etc by clicking on add option
Step 8: Specify required fields such as date,voucher number, sale type etc
Step 9: After that specify party name and then when you do entry it will ask you to specify the currency select it as dollar and proceed

Will the software calculate broker commissions on each invoice automatically?

 TDS return can be best described as the quarterly statement or summary of all TDS-related transactions made during the specific quarter. Typically, it comprises details of the TDS collected and deposited to the Income Tax Authority by the deductor.
To file TDS return from BUSY follow the below steps:
Step1: In TDS return, firstly we need Form 26Q data.
Form 26Q data will be only available in BUSY after the payment entry in BUSY.
Go to Transaction ->Payment/Journal Voucher
Step2: To generate TDS/TCS Return file go to Print/email/sms -> TDS report->E-TDS return (Non salary).
Step3: Select file location where you want to export your file e.g. C:\BUSYWin\Form26Q.txt.
Step4: Click on the print button. A form 26Q file with extension .TXT will be exported to the mentioned location.
Step5: Now you can upload the form 26Qgenerated from BUSY to the offline TDS FVU utility with other required files. This TDS utility to be downloaded from NSDL Website

I'm confused about when an entry needs to be regularized versus just posted normally. Can you explain the difference?

 In case if you are doing normal entry there is no requirement for the regularization but if you have did PDC entry in that case regularization is required 
To know about the regularization feature you can follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on configuration
Step 3: Then click on features and option button
Step 4: Afterwards click on accounts tab
Step 5: Then tick the post dated cheques in payment/receipt vouchers to enable it
Step 6: After that you can go to the transactions menu
Step 7: Afterwards open payment or receipt voucher as required
Step 8: Then you can select type as PDC and do the entry and save it
Step 9: After that go to administration menu
Step 10: Then click on miscellaneous data entry
Step 11: Then click on regularize PDC option
Step 12: Then open that report select that pdc voucher and tick that and you can regularize it

What is the best way to track my account receivables in BUSY?

 Best way to track your bills receivable in BUSY is to use the Bill by Bill feature. This feature allows you to track the outstanding amount of each bill in a detailed way. Here are the steps to use this feature:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Administration tab and click on configuration.
Step 2: Select Features / Options and click on Accounts. Here you will a feature of Bill-by-Bill Details click on the check box to turn on that and save the configuration.
Step 3: Open your party's master and set Y on Maintain Bill By Bill Balancing and save.
Step 4: Now, at the time of voucher entry such as sale, purchase etc a window will appear for creating / Adjusting Bill references.
Step 5: You can view Bills Receivable report for track outstanding from Display menu and click on Outstanding Analysis.

How do I track incoming post-dated cheques in BUSY?

 If you want to enter post dated cheques and track them in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Administration tab and click on configuration.
Step 2: Under Configurations, select Features / Options and then click on the Accounts tab. Here, you will find the "Post Dated Cheques in Payment/Receipt Vouchers" option. Just click on the checkbox to turn it on.
Step 3: Now, when you enter Payment/Receipt voucher, you can select Type as PDC and enter PDC Date.
To regularize post dated cheques, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration tab and click on Miscellaneous Data Entry.
Step 2: Select the Regularize PDF option and filter by One Bank or All Banks.
Step 3: Enter the date range and open the report. Select the entry that you want to regularize and click on the Regularize button.

How to manage creditors and outstanding dues in BUSY?

 To manage Outstanding Dues in BUSY through Bill by Bill feature then please follow the steps given below : 
Step 1: Go to Administration menu
Step 2: Click on Configuration option
Step 3: Then click on Feature and option
Step 4: Then click on Accounts feature
Step 5: Then enable bill by bill Details as Y then click on configure Box and enbale bill by bill for all accounts and save the configuration by click on save button
Step 6: Then go to Administration Menu
Step 7: Click on masters option and open Account master and enable billi by bill feature as Y and then save the configuration
Step 8: While raising the vocuher create new reference in bill by bill reference window then save the voucher
Step 9: Afetrward, you can check Outstanding report in display Menu

How do I set up and manage multiple currencies in BUSY for international transactions?

 To enable multi currency feature then follow the given steps :
Step 1: Go to Administration Menu
Step 2: Click on configuration
Step 3: Then click on Feature and option
Step 4: Then click on Accounts option
Step 5: Then tick on the multi currency option an save the configuration by click on save button
Step 6: Then go to masters option
Step 7: Then click on Accounts
Step 8: Then click on modify option and open party in modify mode then enable multy current option as Y and specify multi currency opening balance if needed
Step 9: Then save the account master
Step 10: While creating voucher you will get the multi currency option then mention neccessary details then save the voucher
Step 11: Afterward, you can check reporting of multicurrency in account ledger from display menu

Step 1: Check the currency settings by going to Administration and selecting Configuration.
Step 2: Choose Features/Options, then select Account. Ensure that Multi-Currency feature is activated.
Step 3: In the Master option, verify exchange rates. Make sure that the exchange rates for converting rupees to dollars are accurate and up-to-date.
