To create an Account in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on the "Masters" menu
Step 2: Select "Account"
Step 3: Click on "Add" to create a new account
Step 4: Enter the necessary details such as Account name, group, and opening balance.
Step 5: Save
What are the options for applying commission at voucher level versus item level?
The options for applying commission in BUSY are voucher level and item level. At voucher level, the commission is specified in the voucher itself. At item level, the commission is set in the item master, allowing for different commission rates for each product or item.
Can i use same bill by bill reference number for the same party?
Yes, you can use the same bill by bill reference number again in the ledger if it has not been used in the current financial year. If it has been used, then it will be appended to the existing bill by bill reference number.
How do I add a custom reference number column in BUSY?
To add a custom reference number column in BUSY, you can go to the display options of the transaction list view and select the "Custom Column" button. From there, you can enter the format name and add a new column for the custom reference number.
What all features are available in the latest version of BUSY?
The latest version of BUSY includes features such as inventory management, sales, quotations, orders, e-invoicing, e-waybill generation, GST filing, payroll processing, job work functionality, and more.
Note:Some online feautres of BUSY like e invoice, e way bill, GSTR1 direct upload are under active BLS.

To activate bill by bill maintenance in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration tab
Step 2: Choose features/option then select accounts tab
Step 3: Enable bill by bill then configure the same.
Step 4: After made configuration, save the accounts tab.
Where can I define commission percentage for agents/brokers in BUSY?
You can specify different commission percentages for different brokers in three ways:
1. By creating or modifying a salesman/broker/master.
2. By entering the commission percentage in the Party Master or Item Master.
3. By selecting the “As specifed below” option in the Salesman / Broker configuration tab.
What is the process to regularize PDC entries in BUSY?
To regularize PDC entries in BUSY, go to Administration, Miscellaneous Data Entry, and select Regularize PDC. Choose whether you want to view transactions for one bank or for all the banks, enable the checkbox to regularize transactions for PDC, and click the Regularize button.
