How is brokerage amount calculated on item amount, on total invoice value or something else?

Commission always calculate on item cost amount. If we will use any other expense in voucher and it effects the cost value of item then it also includes for commission.

What folder do I need to save the account master image in?

You can save your account master image in any of your system drive's folder and that folder you need to defined in BUSY during configuration of Account Master Image.

How can we see Salesman Report with his Commission in BUSY ?

We have report in Display Menu by name 'Commission Calculation'. Here we can check the One salesman wise or all Salesman wise report according to Voucher & commission mode.

How frequently are stock levels updated automatically in the system?

Stock levels are updated automatically in the system based on inventory transactions and can be configured to update in real-time or at specific intervals as per the user's preference.

Does BUSY have a feature to manage multiple currencies?

Yes, BUSY has a feature to manage multiple currencies, by using this feature you can easily manage multiple type of currency in BUSY such as dollar and euro etc.

What are the standard fields available for cheque printing?

The standard(Default) fields available for cheque printing in BUSY are:
Date, Cheque print name, Amount in words, Amount, A/C Payee. Further you can also customize it as per your need.

Can I specify salesman while making sale invoice.

Yes, after enable the salesman option from BUSY account tab and select voucher level in commission brokerage to be applied field, specify salesman window will appear while voucher entry.

Can I re-enable disabled features?

Yes, you can re-enable disabled features in BUSY except " Single Entry System for Payment & Receipt Vouchers" feature. If Payment & Receipt voucher exist then can enable it.

Where is the Account Category option located?

You can find the Account Category feature in the following path: 
Step 1:Administration
Step 2:Configurations
Step 3:Feature/Option
Step 4:Accounts. Here, you can enable or disable the option of “Maintain Account Category”.

What are the optimal font sizes and styles to use for cheque printing with BUSY?

The optimal font sizes and styles to use for cheque printing with BUSY are:
1: For Font Size can select 10.
2: For Font Style can select regular or bold.
