What is the difference between digital signature and authorized signature?

What is the process for installing the digital signature dongle?

To install the digital signature dongle, you need to first obtain a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) from a provider in your area. Once you have the DSC, it will take only 10-15 minutes to install the setup and apply the digital signature.

I do not have a digital signature USB. What options do I have for getting a digital signature on my E-Invoices without a USB device?

In the e invoice already, e signs come by default without USB; if you want a digital signature in your sales invoice bill without a USB device, this is not possible. You should take a USB device for digital signatures.

My digital signature shows the wrong name. How do I update it?

To update the name on your digital signature in BUSY, you will need to contact the certificate authority (CA) who issued the digital signature certificate (DSC). They will guide you through the process of updating the name on your DSC.

How do my customers verify the digital signatures I apply in BUSY?

To verify the digital signatures you apply in BUSY, your customers need to open the PDF document in Adobe Reader and click on the signature mark. This will trigger the verification process and show if the digital signature is valid.

Do the digital signatures automatically appear when I export invoices?

Yes, while export invoice from BUSY digital signature appears automatically. Make sure option of "Apply Digital Signature(Only for PDF)" should be Y at the time of export.
Please note PDF should be open in Adobe Reader which will validate your signature.
