If the digital signature is not validating then you need to open that PDF file in adobe reader it will automatically validate the signature.

To get a digital signature dongle, you can either contact your authorized BUSY channel partner or buy it directly from a digital signature vendor.

Yes, From where you have purchase digital signature, you can discuss with them for the renewal. Further BUSY does not renew Digital signature.
Will my old DSC continue working in BUSY after renewal?
Yes, your old DSC will continue working in BUSY after renewal. Renewing your DSC certificate does not affect its functionality within the BUSY.
Can I sign a file that has already been exported or do I need to re-export?
No, you cannot sign a file that has already been exported. You need to re-export the file with the digital signature applied.
Why did my email and signing configurations change or become unset in BUSY?
The configuration for the email and digital signature not get changed automatically. Might me changed by someone manually in the BUSY software.

The date of signature on an invoice would depend on when the document was physically or digitally signed by the relevant parties.
