To import/export a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) between BUSY instances or computers, you can follow these steps: 1. Export DSC: In the source BUSY instance or computer, go to the DSC settings and choose the option to export the DSC. This will create a file with the DSC information. 2. Transfer the file: Copy the exported DSC file to the destination BUSY instance or computer using a USB drive, email, or any other method of file transfer. 3. Import DSC: In the destination BUSY instance or computer, go to the DSC settings and choose the option to import the DSC. Select the transferred DSC file and follow the prompts to complete the import process. By following these steps, you can successfully import/export a DSC between BUSY instances or computers.
please follow below step for troubleshooting:
Step 1: Make sure that the dongle is properly inserted into the USB port of your computer.
Step 2: Check if the dongle is compatible with BUSY. Refer to the system requirements for digital signatures in BUSY.
Step 3: Check if there are any issues with the PDF reader software you are using. Try using a different PDF reader, such as Adobe Reade.
Step 4: If shown question mark sign in digital signature, Right click on that open properties and click add to Trust.
Step 5:Try connecting the dongle to a different USB port on your computer.
Steo 6:Restart your computer and open BUSY again to see if the dongle is detected.

To set up a digital signature in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Make sure you have a digital signature dongle or tool and it's connected to your computer.
Step 2: Now Go to the Administration menu, then navigate to Configuration, and select Feature/Options. Click on the General Configuration tab.
Step 3: Find the Apply Digital Signature Configuration and enable it. Click on the configuration button.
Step 4: In the Digital Signature Configuration, choose the vendor through which you can generate digital signatures on your invoices or documents. Note that for BUSY as Vendor, you needs an active BLS license.
Step 5: Provide the name of your digital signature certificate and its password. Save the configuration.
Now, when you export invoices or documents as PDFs, you can apply the digital signature to them.

The process for electronically signing, we should have digital signature dongle and we will do the configuration in the BUSY software after that when we send the emails to do the customer will show the digital signature in PDF Invoice.
