I am getting an invalid password error when trying to use my digital signature. What should I do?
If you are getting an invalid password error when trying to use your digital signature, you can try below Steps:
Step 1: Double check your Password/PIN which you entered.
Step 2: Check can you able to login your DSC application with same Password/PIN.
Step 3: Check .net framework 3.5 or above installed in your system.
Step 4: Make sure single BUSY version installed in your system. If not then remove all old version and install latest version ( Make sure to take latest backup of your data).
Step 5: Reinstall your DSC certificate from control panel.
How can we shift digital signatue configuration from one system to another system
To change digital signature configuration from one system to another, please follow below steps:
Step 1: Remove Digitala signature(DSC) from one system to another
Step 2: Run the DSC installer
Step 3: Open BUSY and go to the company for which you want to configure the digital signature.
Step 4: Go to the Administration tab, Configuration, Feature Options, and then the General tab.
Step 5: Enable the option "Apply Digital Signatures in Invoice Document", specify vendor name as BUSY
Step 6: Mention Digital signature certificate and its password, click "Save".
Step 7: Save the General Tab configuration also
What should I do if the feature is set to yes but the sign is not appearing in BUSY Accounting software?

Step 1 : Connect your digital signature DSC dongle to the system.
Step 2 : Open the document you want to sign in BUSY.
Step 3 : Go to the Digital Signature tab and select your signature.
Step 4 : Check the preferences to ensure that the signature preview is not shown, but only the export is enabled.
Step 5 : Export the signed document as a PDF.
