to increase Decimal places you can follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and tehn click on Configuration.
Step 3: Now click on Feature and Option and click on Regional Setting.
Step 4: Now increase Decimal places in field of Currency Decimal Places.
you can disable Auto round off feature in BUSY it will show you exact calculation,to disable round off you can follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to administration and then click on configuration.
Step 2: After click on configuration, click on the voucher series configuration and select voucher type and series under voucher type
Step 3: After click on series click on Voucher Configuration option and disable Auto Round Off option for Final Amount.

The date is not updating automatically in BUSY. It shows the same date always. How can I fix this issue?

Do I need to update decimals in inventory and accounting? What if I don't backup before changing decimals?

 When a user creates a company in BUSY, by default there are 2 decimal places for the Currency Decimal Places and the Quantity Decimal Places. But if the user wants to change the decimal places, he can change as per requirement, for this follow the steps given below:-

Step 1 : Administration
Step 2 : Configuration
Step 3 : Features / Options
Step 4 : For Currency Decimal Places, Click on Regional Setting and change the decimal places
Step 5 : For Quantity Decimal Places, Click on Inventory and change the decimal places

If the user does not take a backup, then if any problem arises after making any change in the data, it will be very difficult to recover the data, therefore, it is important to take a backup before making any changes in the company so that the user can recover the data easily.

Step 1:The Runtime Error 430 in BUSYOpen after updating BUSY releases can occur if you mistakenly install the BUSY release setup in the wrong folder. It is crucial to install BUSY setups in the same drive and folder where BUSY is already installed to avoid this error.
Step 2:In case of error code 5 at release installation, ensure that all BUSY application is closed during the process.

How do I change the decimal place formatting in reports created in BUSY?

 To change currency decimal places formatting in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:

Step 2: Select Features / Options and click on Regional Settings. Here you can change the Currency Decimal Places as per the requirements and save.
