No, you cannot enlarge or increase the font size of the text in BUSY. However, you can adjust display/Resolutions settings or preferences as needed.
What is the issue with the date showing incorrectly in my reports
From Regional Setting can check the Date format.

Change your system resolution for change system Resolution go in your desktop and right click ,then click on display setting and change Resolution.

Can I keep multiple images as the software theme or can I only have one at a time?
In the software, you can only specify one image at a time in the display settings under the Feature and Options tab.
Is there a zoom feature or full screen mode that would let me see more item text at one time?
BUSY doesnot have any provision to zoom features and full screen. You can change the display resolution to increase the font size.
