Can I export the audit trail data from BUSY?

Yes, you can export Audit trail list, follow below steps:
Step 1: Open audit trail report from Display menu, Select Check list
Step 2: Select Audit trail, open report
Step 3: Click on the export button or press ALT+E on your keyboard to open the export window.
Step 4: Choose the file format that you want to export your data to, such as Excel, CSV, PDF & Google Sheet. You can also change the file name and location if needed.
Step 5: Click on the OK button to export your data.

Can I export BUSY audit trail reports?

Changing language preferences in BUSY?

To change the language preferences in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY.
Step 2: Go to the Administration, click Configuration menu.
Step 3: Select Invoice/documnet printing option, select desire voucher type in which you want to print in second language.
Step 4: Click second language option and specify fields for which print should be in second language.
Step 5: Click on ""Save"" to apply the changes.
Please note that the data entry in BUSY is done in English, but you can customize the language for printing invoices and bills.

I am not able to exit the software/close a form. It says some forms are open. What should I do?

If you are not able to close BUSY and it shows some forms open in company,it means when we load reports in BUSY,then while loading we abort reports in between and sometime may led to open forms in backends.You need to close all the open forms before exiting the software. Check if any forms are still open and close them before trying to exit again.If still doesnt show option to close forms and stuck,you can try exiting BUSY by ending it from task manager from system

What is the folder structure and naming convention for storing signature images?

The folder structure for storing signature images in BUSY is as follows: 
- The images should be stored in the server common folder.
- Create a folder named "image" within the server common folder.
- Within the "image" folder, create a folder named "signature".
- The signature images should be saved as JPEG files.
- The naming convention for the signature images is to use the user's name as the file name. For example, if the user's name is "Amit Roy", the signature image file should be named "Amit Roy.jpg".

How to change the password for the user and complete the BDEP ID and user master name?

To change password of user ID in BUSY Accounting software, 
Step 1: Go to admiistration then user
Step 2: Now click on modify mention user name
Step 3: Now change user name and mention new passwrord and save
To create the BDEP ID
Step 1: Go to the administration then configuration
Step 2: Select Features & Options under Configuration
Step 3: Go to general option and enable BDEP then in configure tab click on create new id
Step 4: MEntion ID password then other details and save

Why do my invoices generated in BUSY not properly sync or save to Google Drive?

There could be several reasons why your invoices generated in BUSY are not properly syncing or saving to Google Drive. Some of the possible reason are:
1. Gmail Id mentioned in BUSY is authorized by google account.
2. Might be your BLS expired because this feature will work with an active BLS.
3. Internet connection is not there or stable.
4. May be your antivirus settings is blocking the BUSY application to access the internet connection.
5. BUSY is not running as an administrator mode.

Can I export the BUSY user activity log to analyze in Excel?

Yes, you can export report in excel or any other format, follow below steps:
Step 1: Open the user activity report from check list under Display menu
Step 2: Click on the export button or press ALT+E on your keyboard to open the export window.
Step 3: Choose the file format that you want to export your data to, such as Excel, CSV, PDF & Google Sheet. You can also change the file name and location if needed.
Step 4: Click on the OK button to export your data.

How do I track when bills are modified,added or deleted?

To track when bills are added,modified and deleted you can follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the administration menu then click on configuration option
Step 2:Then click on features & option after that click on general tab
Step 3: Enable maintain audit trail feature from there if you are using enterprise model and your company is gst registered it will automatically enabled
Step 4:Save the configuration then you can go to check dislay tab click on checklist option and from that menu you can check audit trail report
