How can I change the language for printing bills in BUSY Accounting Software?

To change the language for printing bills in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Firstly make sure you have install the google input tool for the language in which you want to print.
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select configuration option.
Step 2: Then select feature/options then click on general option.
Step 3: Then mention Y on enable second language support then specify language in which you want to print.
Step 4: Go to administration, click Configuration menu, select Invoice/document printing option.
Step 5: Choose the voucher type, select the second language option, specify the fields for which print should be in the second language, and click Save to apply the changes.

Why are my repeated saves of a voucher showing as multiple modifications?

Repeated saves of a voucher show as multiple modifications because each save is considered a separate modification in the audit trail. Even if the voucher value remains the same, any changes or additions made to the voucher are counted as modifications.You can check user's voucher entry history by following these steps
Step 1 Open your company and go to display
Step 2 Go to checklist
Step 3 Select audit trail and then select user and details to be shown
Step 4 Select details to be shown and entries to be shown and proceed and date range
Step 5 Now you can check modification details user wise
Note:Compulsory audit trail maitained as per MCA guidelines

How do I enable user access logs and audit trails in BUSY?

To enable User Activity Log & Audit Trail in BUSY follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Administration tab and click on configuration.
Step 2: Under Configurations, select Features / Options and then click on the General tab.
Step 3: You need to set Y for the options named Maintain Audit Trail and Enable User Activity Log.
Step 4: If your GSTIN is registered as a company, the audit trail feature will be enabled automatically and you cannot disable it as per the government law.
Please note User Activity Log feature is not available in Basic Edition of BUSY.

Is there a way to set a reminder for a specific time in the BUSY?

Yes, you can set a reminder for a specific time in the BUSY with the help of note manager feature in BUSY.
To enable note manager feature, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration and click on configuration tab.
Step 2: Select Features and options then click on General tab.
Step 3: Enable Notes Manager feature then save the configuration.
Step 4: Go back to Administartion tab and click on Utilities then select Notes Manager option.
Step 5: Craete category for notes by ALT+F3 then add note by using shortcut key F3.
Step 6: Mention Notes as per required then specify Y on deadline and enter date and time as per required.

What does it mean to make everything separate in the BDEP for BUSY?

In BUSY,you have to create separete BDEP id from general options.In BUSY,you can configure BDEP ID.Actually it is BUSY data exchange platform through which you can exchange data within BUSY companies and uplaod on BUSY servers.To configure it in these steps
Step 1 Open your company
Step 2 Go to administartion and then configuration
Step 3 Select feature/options and Select GENERAL tab
Step 4 Now enable BUSY data exchange platform 'BDEP' option and click on configuration
Step 5 Now you can create new id and enter details like unique bdep user name,password and company details
Step 6 Now save the configuration and then save the bdep configuration and main general tab

How do I know any user deleted any entry or not?

For This you can use audit trail feature for enable audit trail feature follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then go to configuration
Step 2: Go to features/option Then go to general
Step 3: Enable maintain audit trail yes and save general tab
Step 4: After enable this feature if any user delete or modify any voucher you can check record
For check audit trail Report follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display then go to check list menu
Step 2: Now Go to audit trail and click on summary and select user
Step 3: Enable entries to be shown and mention starting date and ending date and open Report

I am unable to access the software due to issues with sound and electricity. How can I resolve this?

If you are unable to access software due to the issue with sound and electricity the follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration Menu
Step 2: Click on Configuration
Step 3: Then click on Feature and option
Step 4: Then click on General feature
Step 5: Then enable Avoid Beep Sound in Message Box as Y
Step 6: Then click on Save button to save the configuration
Note : If software accessibility is hindered by a lack of electricity, please check your power supply or consider utilizing an inverter to access the software when electricity is unavailable.

View status of invoices in BUSY. How to see invoice history?

If you want to view see history of invoices then please follow the given steps
Step 1: Go to administration menu then configuration then features option.
Step 2: Then General then here is an option maintain audit trails turn it to y to
enable it and save the configuration.
Step 3: Then Go to display menu then check list then audit trail.
Step 4: Then audit trail window will open here you will select all user in select user
field then click on ok then enter starting date and ending date then press ok.
Step 5: Then history of vouchers will be shown.

I can't see account totals when I open the software, how can I fix this?

If you are not able to see totals in vouchers or reports in BUSY,then you must set screen resolution in your system's settings.In case display settings changes and if you are not able to see full screen in BUSY as some options are hiding in vouchers and reports,then you have to set your system screen resolution as screen resolution may vary to systems and you can set it in which you get proper view for BUSY,for example display resolution should 1366 into 768 and scale factor to 100%.Further you can check in your system resolution settings and then again reopn BUSY to check impact
