How can I access audit trial feature in BUSY Accounting Software?

To enable User Activity Log & Audit Trail in BUSY follow these steps: 
Step 1: go to the Administration tab and click on configuration.
Step 2: Under Configurations, select Features / Options and then click on the General tab.
Step 3: You need to set Y for the options named Maintain Audit Trail and Enable User Activity Log. Step 4: If your GSTIN is registered as a company, the audit trail feature will be enabled automatically and you cannot disable it as per the government law. Please note User Activity Log feature is not available in Basic Edition of BUSY.

To change the folder for your signature in BUSY you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration and then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Now click on feature and Options and then select the General Tab.
Step 3: Now click on configure option of Maintain Image and Signature with User and you can search it from F3 shortcut key.
Step 4: Now give the signature folder path where signature image exist in system and make sure image name should be from User name from which you login your company.
Step 5: Now click on OK option and save the General Tab.

How to configure the Digital signature in BUSY?

To configure Digital signature in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to adminstration menu then select configuration option.
Step 2: Under configuration option select feature/options.
Step 3: Then click on general feature option and mention Y on enable digital signature in invoice/documents.
Step 4: Then click on configure button then select digital signature vendor as BUSY.
Step 5: Then select the available digital signature of person and mention the pin for the same.
Step 6: Then click on save button and click on save button in general configuration.
Step 7: Now when you export your document in pdf you will get the option of apply digital signature.

How do I save images to Google Drive instead of a local folder?

here are the steps for saving image on the google drive :
Step 1: Go to Administration menu
Step 2: Click on Configuration
Step 3: Then click on Feature and option
Step 4: Then click on General feature
Step 5: Then enable Google drive linked features in BUSY as Y and specify email id in the respective option
Step 6: Then click on Authorise button and after successful authorisation, a confirmation message will appear
Step 7: Then click on save button to save the configuration
Step 8: Afterward, any images you attached in BUSY will be automatically saved on Google Drive.

How do I link purchase orders to sales vouchers in BUSY?

To activate the voucher tracking feature in BUSY Software, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to 'Administration' => 'Configuration' => 'Features & Options' => 'General,' and select 'Maintain Tracking No. in Voucher.' Then, choose the vouchers where you want to use tracking numbers.
Step 2: Once you've enabled the feature, when you enter a relevant voucher, you'll see three options when saving it:
a. 'New Tracking No.'
b. 'Existing Open'
c. 'Existing Closed'
d. 'Not Required'
Depending on your needs, select the appropriate option. If you choose 'Existing Open,' a dropdown list will display all available tracking numbers for you to link with the voucher you're creating.

How do I enable voucher auditing in BUSY?

Voucher Auditing option is used to audit vouchers which are made by a sub user in your books to check for errors and mistake. to use this option you can follow below steps
Step 1: Go to the Administration
Step 2: Click on configuration option, select feature/option
Step 3: Select General tab and enable Voucher Auditing option
Step 4: Configure the type of voucher and user for whom auditing option will bw used
Step 5: To check report, go to the Display menu
Step 6: Select check list option, in dropdown seletc voucher audit report
Step 7: Use F4 to converet un-audited voucher into audited voucher

BUSY have a feature of Audit Trail, which ensure to keep a log of addition, modification and deletion of data entry and masters. To activate this, follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the administration menu, Click Configuration
Step 2: Click feature/option, Select General tab.
Step 3: Enable Audit Trail option, it will keep record from the moment option is enabled
Step 4: To check report, go to Display menu, click on check list option
Step 5: In dropdown option, select Audit Trail, define date and view report
In report you will get to know the details for action like addition, deletion and modification

How do I enable the user activity log in BUSY?

User activity log option is used to record all the activity of user, it is the enhance version of Audit trail feature, to use this option you can follow below steps
Step 1: Go to the Administration
Step 2: Click on configuration option, select feature/option
Step 3: Select General tab and enable User Activity Log
Step 4: This option can be enable from user level also
Step 5: To check report, go to the Display menu
Step 6: Select check list option, in dropdown seletc user activity log
