Does BUSY sync in real-time or at specific intervals in HO-BO case?

Yes, BUSY have option to auto data sync in HO-BO case, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Click on administration then configuration
Step 2 : Features/Options then enterprise features
Step 3 : Enable HO/BO data sync and click on configure, now you can set auto data sync settings available
Step 4 : Not required and ask and enforce
Step 5 : Also can define synd required at time of company login or company close or periodic time.

How do I manage users and access control for different branches?

To manage your users and access control for different branches in BUSY, you can follow these steps: 
Step 1: Open your company with Super / Admin User.
Step 2: Go to Administration tab and click on Users.
Step 3: Here, you can Add new users or Modify the existing users.
Step 4: On User page set Y on "Specify Branch for this User" and select the branch from dropdown list and set other permissions as required and save.

How do I transfer stock between branches in BUSY?

To transfer stock between branches, you can use the “Stock Transfer” voucher. Just choose the Material centre that matches the branch. This works if you are using the multi branch feature. 
However, if you are using the Head office & Branch office feature, you cannot transfer stock directly from one branch to another. You have to first transfer stock from the branch office to the head office, and then from the head office to another branch office.

If you closed a branch in mid of the financial year then you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Clear all the liablities and if payment pending from customers then receive from them and record into BUSY.
Step 2: If can not clear the outstandings then concern with your tax consultant is it require to transfer them to other branches.
Step 3: You need to record all the transaction which used to be record on financial year closing.

material centers and voucher series need to be tagged for stock transfers between locations for that follow these steps 
1. go to the configuration under administration menu
2. open features and options then click on enterprise feature tab
3. enable multi branch details
4. create new branch , also generate vch. series group , user and material center within branch with sames name.
5. after that voucher series will be auto tagged under stock transfer with material center.

How do I handle multi-branch cash management, including cash reconciliation and bank transfers?

To manage cash for each branch, we suggest creating a separate cash account for every branch and using it when recording transactions. This will help you to monitor the cash balance of each branch and reconcile it easily. 
For Bank transfer between branches, you can use the contra voucher and select the bank head that corresponds to the branch. This will record the transfer of money from one branch’s bank account to another branch’s bank account.

What's the procedure for handling multi-branch employee expense reimbursements?

To handle branch-wise employee expense reimbursements in BUSY, Create a separate expense head for every branch. This will help you to track the expense details and transactions for each branch separately.
Use a different voucher series for each branch and select it when recording vouchers such as payment, Journal, etc. This will help you to differentiate the vouchers for each branch.
Use the expense head and the voucher series when recording the employee expense reimbursements for each branch.

What options are available for tracking sales, profits, etc., on a branch-wise basis in BUSY?

For checking sales branch wise 
Follow Below Steps
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Features & options
Step 4: Enterprise
Step 5: Enable multi branch option
Step 6: Provide name of Branch
Step 7: Enbale option Material centre/Voucher series and User. It will auto create all three things and will tagg the same in branch.
Step 8: Enter sale in the branch series.
Step 9: Now can check report as per the branch's voucher series group tagged in the branch.
