Step 1. Open company with using Admin credential.
Step 2: Go to Administration and click on Users tab.
Step 3: Click on Add option and mention User name and password.
Step 4: Give rights to sub user as per required and save the user tab.

the database compilation and synchronization setting work in BUSY when adding a new branch as per mentioned below
1. synchronization is depnd upon your server information mentioned in branch configuration
2. also make sure that TCP port 1433 was open for static ip which is configured in Head office sync data from branch office.
3. also make sure that head office configuration will be match with branch office configuration.
4. also check connection between HO and BO

issue in read head office configuration on branch office location how to resolved this?

1. In branch office go to the configuration under administration menu 
2. select feature and options
3. then select enterprise features tab
4. click on HO/BO data sync option and enable it
5. select Branch office
6. then mentioned correct server information from Head office with TCP port 1433
7. then select company code, branch name /alias and username for login
9. then read head office configuration
10.also check status of existing data
11.check connection

HO BO Continuous syning no stop

If Ho BO continuous syncing data with no stop follow below steps:
Step 1: Take latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Open branch company then go to administration menu then click on configuration option.
Step 3: Then select feature and option and click on enterprise feature.
Step 4: Click on configuration option of enable ho/bo data sync option.
Step 5: Then navigate to auto data sync setting option and select from dropdown ask option instead of enforce.

What could be the reason for certain transactions not reflecting after synchronization in BO to HO?

There must be series not tagged in BO's voucher series group.
Step 1: Check which voucher series group is tagged under the branch.
Step 2: After that check series is selected in that branch's voucher series group or not.
Step 3:-Tag that voucher series group by going through below points.
1: Administration
2: Configuration
3: Voucher series configurtion
4: Add voucher series
5: Providing name of voucher series and then select all series of that branch.

How do I configure branch divisions for automatic tagging of sales and purchase vouchers in BUSY?

In this we can maintain different location wise data for every series and then after doing transaction we can check reports as per location wise. Follow Below Steps: Step 1: Administration Step 2: Configuration Step 3: Voucher series configurtion Step 4: Add voucher series Step 5: Provide name of voucher series (name as branch name) Step 6: Now create voucher series group (name as branch name) and then select all series of branch.

How do i tagg material centre for party cular branch in BUSY ?

Here are the steps for tagg Material Centre in particula branch :
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on Configuration option
Step 3: Then click on Feature and option
Step 4: Then click on enterprise feature
Step 5: Then make sure to enable multi branch details as Y and click on branch detail button
Step 6: Then select particular branch and specify Material centre name and click on save button

How do i delete a branch in BUSY?

To delete a branch in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: First you need to unmap that branch from the user.
Step 2: Go to Administration then click on Configuration.
Step 3: Select Features / Options and then click on Enterprise Features tab.
Step 4: Click on Branch Details next to Enable Multi Branch Details feature.
Step 5: Select your branch and press F8 to delete.
Note: Take backup of your data before delete the branch.
