How do I disable HOBO?
To disable the HO-BO feature, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Click on Features/Options and then choose Enterprise Features.
Step 3: Now disable HO/BO data sync feature.
Note: Take the latest backup of data before any process.
I entered transactions for multiple branches located in different states. But I am unable to generate reports or filter data based on branch. What should I do to fix this?
For this you have to create separate branch state wise along with branch you have to create separate series and separate mc and separate voucher series group,then tag series in voucher series group.
Then you can check Report Branch wise
I changed the IP address but now the software won't connect. How can I get it to connect again?
You may need to do port forwarding and open port 1433. Once the port is open, add the new IP address and configure it. Further if the branch office connected then mention new static ip address in the branch office.
Have you checked the server logs for any error messages related to the data synchronization issue in BUSY?
If you are synchronizing your BO data in HO and having any issue, then it will generate a log report where you can find the issues related to data synchronization

If your Data is not syncing then ensure some points:
1. Check your internet connectivity.
2. Check your Port Code,it should be open on your Static IP if Head office and branch office are exist at different location.
