Processing in BUSY means that the software is performing calculations and storing the entered data. The time it takes to process depends on the amount of data being entered and the speed of the computer.

For job work completion send him delivery Challan, Invoice which have record of completed goods, if required then create eway bill and against which Job Work order the goods are completed copy of that order
How is valuation done for WIP during different stages of job work?
Valuation of WIP at different stages of work is valued by your Stock Valuation method by defualt it Weighted Average. The price is derived by dividing the total value of WIP by the total Qty.
