How can I get itemwise and partywise reports of pending transactions in BUSY
In BUSY you can track pending Quotations / Orders / Challans either Party-wise or Item-wise. To view that reports, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display and click on Quotation / Order / Challan Processing.
Step 2: Choose from the available options which are Pending Quotations, Pending Orders, Pending Challan.
Step 3: After selecting the approriate report option, you can also filter the report by Item-wise or Party-wise.
Step 4: In pending order and challan can select the Type of Entries to be Considered. You can choose from Pending or Due.
Step 5: Now, enter the date range and can view the report.
Can you explain how to set multiple price for single item in BUSY?
To set multiple price for single item in BUSY, you need to use the multiple price list in tem feature by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration
Step 2: Choose features and option then select inventory tab
Step 3: Click on item pricing mode in voucher then select multiple price list in item then save the configuration.
Step 4: Now, Go to Administration section then click master menu
Step 5: Choose item master then click on modify and access the required master.
Step 6: During save the item, multiple item price list window will update. You can the price and save it.

Here are the steps for specify path for Item image in BUSY :
Step 1: Go to Administration menu
Step 2: Click on Configuration
Step 3: Then click on Feature and option
Step 4: Then click on Inventory feature
Step 5: Then enable Maintain image/Notes with masters/vouchers otpion
Step 6: Then click on configure box
Step 7: Then click on Maintain image with item master option
Step 8: Then specify path of the image (make sure to specify the name of the image as sams as Item name)
Step 9: Then click on Ok button
Step 10: Then save the configuration by click on save button

To create a quotation in BUSY Software, first you need to enable quotation feature in BUSY.
Please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu
Step 2: Configuration option
Step 3: Features/options then click on inventory tab
Step 4: Enable sale/purchase quotation feature & save
Step 5: Go to Transaction menu
Step 6: Click on Sale / Purchase quotation
Step 7: Then click on add option then enter all details same like a sale/purchase voucher e.g. customer name, item details, and pricing, etc.

How do I give a free item in the BUSY software?
If you want to give a free quantity in voucher you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on configuration button
Step 3: Then click on features and option
Step 4: Then click on inventory tab
Step 5: Then tick the enable free quantity in vouchers option to enable it and save the changes
Step 6: Afterwards while doing the entry you can enter free quantity as 0+1 if in case you want to give 1 free quantity
Step 7: Figure of quantity that you will enter after the plus sign in quantity window will be treated as free quantity in voucher
What is the process for creating Bill of Material in Administration?
To create a Bill of Materials in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1: Go to Administration select configuration.
Step 2: Click on features and options go to inventory tab and enable manufacturing features and click on save button.
Step 3: In administration go to Masters and select the option to create Bill of Material.
Step 4: Add the bill of masterial name and specify the item to produce. Then, mention the raw material details and the expense per unit. Finally, go to Transaction, select Production, and add and select the BOM. The expense value will be added to the finished product value.
How can I generate a sale order in BUSY?
To generate a sales order in BUSY, enable the order processing feature by following the steps below:
Step1: Go to Administration menu and then click on configuration section
Step2: Then click on Feature and option and select Inventory feature
Step3: Now press F3 to search any feature and mention Order Processing name then the feature will be highlighted in yellow colour
Step4: After that you are sipmly enable feature and save it by click on save button
Step5: Now Go to Transaction menu and click on Sale order tab
Step6: Then click on Add button and create sale order by mention required details and save the invoice

Parameter dropdown not showing while generating transaction to enabled parameter follow these steps
1. go to the configuration under administration menu
2. click on the features and options then open inventory tab
3. there you can find parameterised option enabled it.
4. click on configuration tab
5. specifiy no of parameters you want and configure it.
6. also there is other information you can configure it as per require.
7. then save configuration
9. also in item master you need to eable parameters details option and the save it.
10.after that you can enter transaction and after select item and qty parameter screen will be auto open.
