The price is automatically picked in the sales bill based on the pricing mode set in the inventory tab such as pick from item master, last sale price, multiple price list or as per the price structure. You can check it from the below steps.
Step 1: Click on administration and then configuration
Step 2: Then features and options and select the inventory tab. in the right bottom side, click on pricing mode then check it.

What is the process for recording stock transfers between firms in BUSY?

For stock transfer in BUSY,follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Adminstation. 
Step 2: Under Administration select configuration. 
Step 3: Under configuration, select features and options. 
Step 4: Under Features Options select inventory. 
Step 5: Under inventory, enable multi godown inventory and click the save button.
Step 6: Under Transaction select stock transfer and click the Add option. mention from the source MC to the target MC mention item details and click the save option

To set a default discount for all items in my shop in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then configuration click on features and options
Step 2 : Go to inventory tab go to item pricing mode in vouchers and enable item qunantiy-wise price and discount structure .
Step 3 : Now go to administration then configuration.
Step 4 : Open item quantity discount structure set discount for all items.

How do I enable a scheme that I created for a sale?

To enable a scheme that you created for a sale in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then configuration click on features and options.
Step 2 : Go to inventory tab and enable scheme and click on save button.
Step 3 : Now go to administration then masters click on scheme and add new scheme for sale voucher.
Step 4: Once the scheme is created, you can apply it to the sale voucher.

what to do if MRP Wise price not working in buys?

If the MRP wise price is not working in buys, you need to check the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration, then select Configuration, then select Features and Options, then select Inventory.
Step 2: In the inventory window, you will find the MRP-wise details option.
Step 3: enable this option, click on the configure tab to configure relevant information, click OK, and save the configuration.
Step 4: After the configuration, the MRP Wise price will work accordingly.

How do I tag different units to an item in BUSY?

To teg different Units in item you can follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and then click on configuration.
Step 2: Now click on Feature and Options and select inventory Option.
Step 3: enable packaging unit and alternate unit and configure option as per requirement.
Step 4: Now go to Administration and then click on Master.
Step 5: Now click on Item and then select modify option and enter units in main,alternate and in packaging unit Field.

How to update pricing when rates change in BUSY?

In BUSY, We have Date wise pricing option under Inventory. We can mention the date in each item from which New price will get update during voucher entry.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Features and Options
Step 4: Inventory
Step 5: Enable the Date wise Item Pricing
Step 6: Open the Item Master
Step 7: Click on Date wise Item Pricing window
Step 8: Mention the Price from which date it has change

How can I maintain double unit in an item?

For maintain alternate unit please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then go in configuration
Step 2: Go to features/options menu then go in inventory tab
Step 3: Enable alternate unit of item feature which was given on top left side and save inventory tab
Step 4: Now Go to administration tab then go in master menu
Step 5: Then go in item and click on add item mention unit and alternate unit and save item master

I am not able to see the alternate units in the item master, how can I edit them?

To enable the alternate unit feature in BUSY you need to follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu and select configuration option.
Step 2: Then select feature and option and click on inventory tab.
Step 3: Then tick on alternate unit of item and click on save button.
Step 4: Now go to administration and select item from it.
Step 5: Then click on add button to add new item and mention unit and alternate unit both.

How to enable inventory self-evaluation method in BUSY?

Self Valuation Method : It is Used to Add the Item Value Manually as per our requirement in BUSY.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Features and Options
Step 4: Inventory
Step 5: On Top Right, Select Stock Valuation Method - Self Valuation
Step 6: Open the Item Master
Step 7: Mention the Value in Self Valuation Option
Step 8: In Stock Status Report Under Display Menu will show Value as per Self Valuation.
