We have to use Material Centre At Item Level. 
Pls Follow the Below Steps:
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Features and Options
Step 4: Inventory
Step 5: Enable the Multi Godown Inventory then tick on Material Centre at item level.
Step 6: During voucher entry, Material centre window will popup in each item.
Note : Always do this process After Data Backup.

To disable update item price from vouchers feature, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration.
Step 2: Select Configuration and click on Features / Options.
Step 3: Click on Inventory tab and uncheck the option called Update Item Prices from Vouchers then save changes.
Note: Take backup of your data before making any changes.

Find out the steps to acess inventory features in BUSY
Step 1 : First open the company in BUSY 
Step 2 : Then Go to administration menu
Step 3 : Then select configuration 
Step 4 : Then go to features and option 
Step 5 : Then select inventory menu
Step 6 : Then enable inventory related feature as per your requirement

MRP means the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) is the highest price at which a product can be sold to the end consumer.It is typically deinfed in item master and In below scenario MRP affects the sale price:
1: When we treat MRP as sale price.
2: When maintain sales price along with MRP, feature is enable under MRP wise details.

To get the current item balance during voucher entry, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on configuration menu
Step 2: Choose the features and option then select inventory tab
Step 3: Enable show items current balance during voucher entry and save the configuration. You will able to check the item stock balance after select item during entry.

To create a formula that aggregates different items made from material in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1: Go to administratoon then features and options
Step 2: Select inventory tab and enable the Manufacturing feature.
Step 3: Under administration select master and then create a Bill of Materials  master and define the formula for your production.

To set up inventory and stock management in the software,you need to follow the below mentioned steps: 
Step 1: Go to Administration
Step 2: Click on Configuration and then Featurs and option
Step 3: Click on Inventory
Step 4: Look for the option Don't Maintain Stock Balance (At item level or in all items should be selected)
Step 5: Save the changes

To turn off item catagory option in BUSY then follow below steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your company 
Step 2: Go to Administration menu and click on Configuration submenu
Step 3: Then Select Feature and Option and click on the Inventory tab and untick maintain item category option 
Step 4: Now select save to save the changes.
