For enable last sale price you have to follow below steps:
step 1: Go to Administration then go to configuration 
step 2: Go to Features/options then go to inventory  tab
step 3: Go to Item pricing mode in vouchers which was given on bottom right side
step 4: Enable show party last price in sales vouchers and save configuration .

If you want to record purchase order in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu 
Step 2: Then click on configuration
Step 3: Then click on features and option
Step 4: Then click on inventory tab
Step 5: Tick order processing option to enable it
Step 6: Then go to transactions menu and you can create your purchase order

We have to use Material Centre At Item Level. 
Pls Follow the Below Steps:
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Features and Options
Step 4: Inventory
Step 5: Enable the Multi Godown Inventory then tick on Material Centre at item level.
Step 6: During voucher entry, Material centre window will popup in each item.
Note : Always do this process After Data Backup.

Steps for locate Purchase Order configurations in BUSY are mentioned below:
Step 1: Go to the Administration tab and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Features / Options and click on Inventory tab.
Step 3: Here, you see an option called "Enable Order Processing" when you enable it a Configure button will highlight you can configure it as per the requirements.

To enable scheme mangement feature in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu and select configuration option.
Step 2: Then click on inventory tab and tick on enable scheme feature then click on save button.
Step 3: Go to administration menu and select masters option. 
Step 4: Then select scheme master to add the scheme in BUSY.

To manage inventory with BUSY, you should:
1. Set up your inventory items.[Add Master]
2. Record purchases, sales, purchase return sales return entries etc.
3. Use stock transfers and physical stock adjustments as needed.
4. Generate reports for analysis.
5. Set reorder alerts, min/max stock levels alerts etc.
6. Consider barcode scanning for efficiency. [Suggested for retail shops]
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

To setup the manufacturing feature, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on configuration menu
Step 2: Choose the features and option then select inventory tab
Step 3: Tick on enable manufacturing feature and save the configuration.
Note- To check the manufacturing document, Click on help tab which display with question mark in right side of manufacturing feature.

Allocating expenses to items in the purchase voucher allows you to directly allocate the expense to the specific item being purchased. On the other hand, allocating expenses in the Bill Sundry allows you to adjust the expense amount in the Bills Sundry window and allocate it to the overall purchase cost without affecting the supplier bill amount.

Yes, It is possible to treat MRP as regular price for each item during voucher entry by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration
Step 2: Choose features/option then select inventory tab
Step 3: Click on item pricing mode in vouchers tab then tick on treat mrp as sales price and save the configuration.
