BUSY offers various inventory valuation methods for you to apply in your company. Some of 
these methods include FIFO, LIFO, Last Purchase, Last Qty. in, Last Sale, Self Evaluation
method, Weighted Average, Avg. Price(Qty.in), and Avg. Price(Invoice). Depending on your
company's needs and preferences, you can choose the appropriate inventory valuation 
method to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.

You can check if party-wise pricing is enabled in BUSY by using these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on configuration.
Step 2: Select Features / Options and click on Inventory tab.
Step 3: Find the option called “Item Pricing Mode in Vouchers” and check which pricing mode is selected, is Party item-wise Price/Discount Structure enable or not.

To increase the quantity decimal places in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Go to administration menu and select configuration option.
Step 3: In configuration option select feature and option then click on inventory tab.
Step 4: First option Qty decimal places increase as per your requirement then click on save button.

To enable scheme mangement feature in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu and select configuration option.
Step 2: Then click on inventory tab and tick on enable scheme feature then click on save button.
Step 3: Go to administration menu and select masters option. 
Step 4: Then select scheme master to add the scheme in BUSY.

To manage inventory with BUSY, you should:
1. Set up your inventory items.[Add Master]
2. Record purchases, sales, purchase return sales return entries etc.
3. Use stock transfers and physical stock adjustments as needed.
4. Generate reports for analysis.
5. Set reorder alerts, min/max stock levels alerts etc.
6. Consider barcode scanning for efficiency. [Suggested for retail shops]
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

To enable the multi godown inventory feature to create a material center in the BUSY Accounting feature, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu then select Configuration option.
Step 2: Select Feature/Options and then click on Inventory option.
Step 3: Enable Multi Godown Inventory Feature and save the changes.
Step 4: Create material center master under master tab.

If the alternate unit feature is not available, it may be due to the BUSY model being change to the basic model, which does not include this option. To enable the alternate unit feature, please close your company file, navigate to Select BUSY Model, se the model according to your license, and then reopen the BUSY.

In BUSY, you can get the Purchase types under master menu , please follow the steps:

To check Drug License number option in the software follow the below steps:
Step1: Go to Administration menu and then click on configuration option
Step2: Next, click on the Features and Options section and select the Inventory feature. Here, you will find the option to check the Drug License number displayed on the right side of the window.

To find the settings for party-wise pricing in BUSY can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on configuration.
Step 2: Select Features / Options and click on Inventory tab.
Step 3: Here you see an option called "Item Pricing Mode in Vouchers" Click on that and choose Party-Item-wise Price/Discount Structure and Select Mode as required.
