You can report window freezing issues to the BUSY support team by emailing them at support@busy.in or by calling their customer support number.

Q: I enable free qunatity in the voucher option from inventory configuration but it is still not working. What should I check?

In the voucher if the fre quantity option is not working then make sure that you entering the quantity with the plus sign.

Q: I accidentally added transport charges to a local invoice in BUSY. How can I remove the transport charges?

To remove transport charges from a local invoice in BUSY, you can edit the invoice and remove the charges from the relevant field.

Q: I made changes to the wrong site/branch. Is there a way to move or revert them?

No you can not undo the changes in Branch you need to rectify it manually or can restore latest backup if you have.

Q: I want the item name to print at the top of my production planning report. Currently it prints on the left. How can I change this?

If you want to see item name in the top of your production planning report you can customize your report as required

Q: The production planning report is not showing all the raw materials needed. It seems to only show levels of the BOM. What could be wrong?

The production planning report is showing only 2 levels of the BOM because the specific multi-level BOM has not been turned on.
